Review: When I bought my car on 8/7/15 the sub frame was rusted out I didn't know it until I took it to my mechanic to have it looked at he noticed it He told me to call them cause by law they couldn't sell a car like that I called and talked to Casey she said to bring it back and they would have a look at it I took it back around 8/17/15 they looked at it and said they would put a new sub frame on they had the car until around 8/28/15 when I picked up the car that's when they informed me that it was a used sub frame from a junk yard they couldn't get a new one On 9/20/16 I noticed the steering wheel was out at a 45 degree angle so I called Jim from Sunoco in Clarksburg for a front end alignment He couldn't do it until Tuesday 9/27/16 at 1pm So I took the car to him and that's when he tells me my sub frame is felling out my engine and transmission is felling out also cause of the sub frame the sub frame was not put in right they didn't put washers or something like that in to hold the sub frame in I am lucky me and who ever else was in my car it didn't fall out yet cause if it would have I would have been killed and anyone else in my car I have kids in my car all the time I have called North star every day since 9/27/16 and I am not getting anywhere with them I am told they will call me back and guess what they don't my mechanic will take pictures when he gets it on the rack to fix it cant put it on until then afraid it will fall completely out waiting on the parts they r back orderedDesired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the repairs and get some if not all my money back for the car I have not slept well since 9/27/16 I paid 5000.00 for it the 5000.00 is for mental pain they have caused if I cant get 5000.00 for the mental pain I want at least 2500.00 for it

I bought a new vehicle from this business in 2013 the salesman was awesome he explained everything very well, but when it comes to them standing behind a product they sell it seems once they sell the vehicle they no longer care, I started issues with my vehicle once it hit 20,000 miles every time I would turn on my vehicle it would rattle. I took my vehicle into the service department and they stated my 2013 GMC Terrain was burning oil it was 1 1/2 quarts low of oil and that I needed to do (2) oil consumption test because the vehicles are having motor issue. So I completed 1 oil consumption test(1000 miles) and the vehicle burnt 1 1/2 quarts of oil. So they changed the oil and I started my second oil consumption test another 1000 miles but 1/2 way through the consumption test I was having issues and one of the technicians added oil which messed up the oil consumption test so when I hit the 1000 miles for the second consumption test they stated well it only burned a 1/2 a quart of oil this time and that they would need to do another not taking into account that their technician added oil to my vehicle in the middle of the consumption test so I walked out angry because they would not take into account that their technician messed up the consumption test so an hour later I get a call from the service manager that they would fix my motor issues. The unreliable vehicle that Northstar had sold me needed the motor rebuilt between 20,000 and 30,000 miles. So I take the vehicle in and the motor gets rebuilt(a week without my vehicle). They stated they fixed the issues a week later my vehicle was in the garage again for more motor issues(another week without my vehicle). So here I am again having to take my vehicle in again because when I start my vehicle I am hearing the same rattling noise that I heard when I had my issues the first time. Also when they made the appointment to pick up my vehicle at my job they sent a man that I was told after I called to complain about how filthy this man was and he made my vehicle smell was not supposed to be driving vehicles in the first place. Also after my vehicle was fixed I was told that someone would be driving my vehicle home for the evening to make sure there were no issues which I agreed to but when I got my vehicle they had returned the vehicle with an empty tank of gas but when I dropped it off it had a full tank of gas. So on July 2nd or 3rd I go to have my car serviced oil change, tire rotation before my family and I left for vacation. I especially wanted them to check the right rear tire because it was losing air I figured they could do it while rotating the tires. The reason I know they were not rotated is I had to have my tire changed in North Carolina. We drove the whole way to North Carolina from Pennsylvania with a screw in the right rear tire(which proves they sis not rotate my tires) WHEN YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU EXPECT IT TO BE DONE. ALL I WANT IS A RELIABLE VEHICLE TO GO TO WORK AND DRIVE MY FAMILY AROUND.
