We are responding to your letter submitted by Mr [redacted] in reference to his closing that occurred on March 4, 2016.Mr [redacted] closed in our Tyson's Corner office on March 4, and was accompanied by his sonOur closer on that day explained the documents and went over every number with Mr*** and his sonThe closer sat in the closing room with therm well over two hours going back in forth explaining fees and numbersMr [redacted] was under the impression that a previous settlement statement that he received the day was the final sheetHe also thought he was to pay no closing fees per the contract and that was not correct.After another hour or So Mr [redacted] completed the transaction with the attached signed HUDI assure you that Mr [redacted] is not owed anymore fundsHis monies were wired the same day and they matched the closing statement that he signedOur case balances and we are not holding any fundsOur files are audited by the state and our underwriters to avoid such issuesWe believe Mr [redacted] has not given you the correct statementIf he has you will see the wire confirmation and money that he received matchesPlease let us know if you need anything elseSincerely, Glynis T [redacted] Operations Manager
