The Complainant has told the 1/truthWhen I received her email I was shocked that any member of my staff would be so rudeI responded to her email instantly apologizing on behalf of my staff! When I got to work I reviewed the tapes of the
event with my manager and the young lady that is accusing my staff of rudeness was indeed the one with a chip on her shoulderAt one point you can see the frustration grow between both parties and my staff had enough of her rudeness and the conversation did become a one line responseThis complaint is over the top of made up facts! My staff even followed up with an email apologizing, that if they came off rude they were deeply apologeticThe end result is some people have preconceived ideas on how to get away with cheating a drug test and when they are unsuccessful it is our fault!
We are a professional team, our office is clean and invitingWe are courteous and respectful and we try to follow the rule of "the customer is always right" until enough is enough!
