North State Storage, LLC (Headquarters)

I entered into a lease on May 1, 2014 with [redacted] doing business as North State Storage #303 in Morrisville, North Carolina. I received notice from North State Storage of Morrisville that three ACH Payments have been returned, one on August 13, 2014, one on September 12, 2014, an once on September 27, 2014 which I could not authorize as my Web Access had been denied by the facility. I explained to the management of Morrisville and to the Operations Manager [redacted] that none of those transactions ever hit my bank and I was able to provide bank statements showing that they never were received by the bank. Instead North State Storage decided to charge me $25.00 for each transaction totaling $75.00. I currently owed a balance as of October 9, 2014 in the amount of $382.20 which included the Rent for September 2014 rent and a late fee and NSF fee for September 27, 2014 (Which I did not authorize) in addition to the October 2014 rent and late fee for Unit CC003. On October 9, 2014 and per the terms listed in section 1 of the Rental Agreement I attempted to make a partial payment of $140.00 towards the past due balance with the intent of also making a payment on Friday, October 10, 2014 in the amount of $100.00 and Monday, October 13, 2014 normally the Facility Manager [redacted] is willing to work with me however [redacted] the Assistant Facility Manager has continuously been uncooperative, unprofessional and had a demining business attitude. I informed North State Storage via e-mail on September 28, 2014 that I would be in to make a payment and that any further complications would result in Legal Action which seems not to have detoured [redacted] behavior. When I search North Carolina Secretary of State documents for North State Storage it shows a revenue hold. When I search for the parent company [redacted] they have no record of being an authorized LLC formed in North Carolina records. And when I search for property records in Wake County it comes up [redacted] with the owners being located out of Ohio.
