April 4, 2018Revdex.com Corporate OfficeDispute Resolution DepartmentRe: Claim [redacted] We are a multiple location private practice dental officeWe do not have a "corporate office" We strive to offer affordable dental services for allDue to this goal, we offer an in-house discount membership plan for patients who do not have dental insuranceThis discount plan allows the patient to receive the care they need at an affordable costThis discount plan allows patients to receive their twice-yearly exams, x-rays, and cleanings at no charge as well as receive all other services at a 20% discountWe also offer more hours and days than a traditional dental office (we are open days a week)Because of this, we do need to have multiple treating associate dentists to service our patients' treatment needsThe days most offices are closed (Saturdays and Sundays) tend to be our most popularThus, trying to get in on those days short notice can be challenging at times, especially a Holiday weekend.If we were to refund the dues of the discount membership, we would have to retroactivate the fees for services already provided under the non-insurance/non-membership costThe cost of the space maintainer is $with no insurance and not being a member of the discount plan Because the patient signed up for the discount plan, the space maintainer was $414.However, the complaint statement listed to Revdex.com was also submitted via a Google review to our office last weekOur Office Manager tried calling the patient a week prior with no success of reaching herUpon checking the mail, we received this Revdex.com notice yesterdayOur Office Manager was already trying to reach out to this patient prior the Revdex.com letter.On 4/4/2018, our Office Manager was able to finally reach the patient on the telephone lineOur Office Manager addressed all concerns by the patientWe have successfully reconciled this issue with the patient and she no longer wants a refund for her membership plan and is currently scheduled for the additional appointments [redacted] ***, RDH, BSDHManager
