ID [redacted] 2/8/2018Dear Sirs,We Strive to insure all of our customers are satisfied, This is the first I am aware of the situation with this vehicleWe do not put additives or doctor any of our vehiclesIf the car would have been doctored with thick oil it would have immediately broken down after the first oil changeThe WRX is a very high performance car, and requires extra care and maintenanceHead gaskets blow when a vehicle is overheated to the extremeThe WRX is equipped with a temp gauge, and should be shut down at the first sign of getting hotWe have a trained staff would be more than happy to assist with repairs at a reduced rate that will save you quite a bit of money.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: My self and my friend called your company she was out 6,on the vehicle she bought from your company and we have been out so far 8,and probably going to have to spend more just to get rid of the carI was told by your company that the car was purchased as is and there was no warranty and there was nothing your company could doAs far as the thicker oil,that is exactly when we the first problem happenedWe are having the car repaired by a Subaru specialist who told us there is no way your company was unaware of the vehicles problems.
