Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If the installed irrigation does not effectively water the yard that it was designed for, then to say that their warranty does not cover this would mean that they could install the sprinklers and if they shot water straight up in the air, this is OK and would require a service call to properly adjust A customer could not possibly know if the coverage is correct until after the growing season starts to see if there are dry spots - what looks ok with nothing growing might be completely insufficient with vegetation there.It is not a courtesy to ensure the installed system is properly set up for a business that prides itself on customer service Regards, [redacted]

He's complaints were taken care of on 5/18/17, even though not covered by warranty, we also solved the issued covered by warranty, According to my foreman he was happy when we leftWhat else can NTX do to make this customer happy? Again I think the only readon he is upset is because he didn't get what he wanted the 1st placeIf necessary I can summit pictures of the repairs we did on 5/Everything was working fine before we left. Hello, Yes Mr*** *** was our customer last year, he called me on 5/9/wanting for my crew to go to his residence and re-adjust some heads not watering in certain areas, I explained to him that our warranty doesn't cover maintenance calls only defective parts and labor, he got really
upset and started to raise his voice at me, yes I hung up on him because he was being a bit rude to meHe than threaten me to call Revdex.com on us, I told him he can go ahead and do it because we have nothing to hide or any wrong doing, he just wasn't happy the issue he stated wasn't cover under the year warranty, I was going to send a tech out as a courtesy but I changed my mind after his reactionI also can provide a copy of the invoice where I gave him a discount for the inconvenience of the tractor tracks on his driveway which are when using heavy equipment, he rented a machine to clean that up so I reimburse them with a discount on final invoiceA few days later he called me again with a drainage complaint, wish this issue was covered under warranty, I sent my irrigation specialist so he can tell me what was going on exactly, my estimator agreed on repair and my crew was at his residence on 5/18/to repair issues, not sure exactly why this customer put a complaint but we can assure you that we always honor our warranty as long as issue it's coveredHe was pretty much upset, he and his family went to all social media and gave us a bad review only because he didn't get want he wanted in the first placeNTX has been in business for a very long time, and our customers are our priority, I'm sorry this customer didn't feel that wayBut NTX was there on time as soon as we were aware of a warranty issuePlease call me back if you have any questions
