North Texas Insurance

The insurance policy I purchased and paid for in full was canceled for nonpayment and now I can't get a hold of the agent I paid, Juan Ibarra.
In June 2019 Juan Ibarra, from North Texas Insurance, quoted a homeowner's insurance policy with National Lloyds for $1064.00. I had recently sold a home and got a refund check from the escrow and Juan said I could give the check directly to him as payment. I received an invoice from National Lloyds for the amount of $1064.00 dated 6/10/19, which is the day the policy began, so I figured the amount had not yet been credited to the account. I never received a receipt from Juan but, when I received the insurance disclosures in the mail, I knew the policy had been set up so I did not ask for one. I began receiving letters for nonpayment and when Juan was notified he said he would take care of it. The letters stopped coming for a while and then I received a notice of cancellation dated 9/26/19 with a total balance due of $762.93. I emailed Juan a copy of the letter on 10/2/19 and explained that I should not be getting this because I already paid for the policy in full. He responded the same day and said he fixed the problem and apologized for the confusion. On 12/8/20 my mother, who has done business with Juan for several years, emailed him because she was receiving letters from Wells Fargo about needing proof of coverage since the mortgage loan is still in her name. He never responded to her email or phone calls to his cell phone and, when I tried to contact him, I also left voicemails on his cell phone and found that the office number goes straight to voicemail without a voicemail box set up so I can't leave a message. The calls to his cell phone never got returned to either my mother or myself. I called National Lloyds on 2/21/20 and they explained to me that the policy was set up in installments and the last payment they received was on 8/2/19 in the amount of $99.95. By this time my policy had already been canceled and I have now been forced into another policy by Wells Fargo. Even today, 3/26/20, I tried calling his office and the same thing happens where I can't leave a message.
