Kayonda, I am sending you a email on the case number list above. We are a property manager that works for the Board of Directors of this HOA. We have not been approved to provide any of this information to her at this time.

Based upon past experience with the Board, I will get no where and Region Elite knows this. That's why I have reached out to them for assistance.
It has been over a year now since the leaks began and I still have unanswered questions. During this time, there has been a lack of communication, transparency, concern, and urgency on the part of both Region Elite and the Board.
My concern is that things were not handled correctly/properly. There is something that they don't want me to know. Otherwise, why not provide me with the information that I have requested. I have a right to know, as I pay into the monthly assessment fees.
