Review: I am attempting to resolve any outstanding debts or errors on my credit report, and I've tried multiple times to reach the North Valley Collection Bureau because they have placed an item on my credit report in error. This issue is causing a delay in financing a home, and a serious inconvenience for me and my family. I am willing to resolve the debt, but without a valid point of contact, I am unable to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like the $35 debt removed from my credit report and a letter sent to me that I can show my bank stating this debt was resolved.
