I am super happy with both ends of service I recieved from north valley motorsports. Their service department really took care of me after a back yard mechanic destroyed my bike they were able to get it back to as best of shape as they could. And in between the repairs were able to sell me a bike that I am very happy with. This dealer ship didn't give me the dealership treatment they treated me like family and look forward for much more business in the futre
Moving Forward [redacted], DBA, North Valley Motorsports apologizes for the delay in procuring the title, plate and registration for the [redacted] motorcycle that we sold to [redacted] We have also repeatedly apologized to [redacted] as we did everything we could to provide her with...
the title, license and registration. We had just received the [redacted] 300 as a trade when [redacted] came in to our dealership and purchased it. We immediately sent the required payoff for the lien release on the title to the finance company that was holding it. after waiting nearly 30 days for this lien release we called the finance company and inquired as to where it was. They said they never received the payoff check. Then we electronically transferred funds to pay off the loan. A week later we called and were told the payoff amount was short by a few dollars and could not release it. We transferred the funds to satisfy the lien and they told us they would immediately mail it out. A week later we inquired again, to the title we were waiting on and the assured us it had been mailed. A week after that we called again and found out they had mailed it to the original owner. We were unable to get it from him so we called the finance company and quite honestly, fought with them for 2 or 3 more weeks to get the title lien release electronically sent to the state of [redacted].Finally on July 24th we were able to procure the title, plate and registration, and it was mailed out on Friday, July 25th. We repeatedly called and left messages with [redacted] to asked if she had received it. Finally, [redacted] called and spoke to [redacted], our General Manager on Wednesday August 6th and told us she never received it. We immediately cancelled the original and had duplicates made that are in our possession. We have called [redacted] twice already today offering to hand deliver the title, plate and registration and are awaiting her reply. We have also canceled her extended warranty as per her request and will be mailing her a refund check ASAP.We at North Valley, are certainly sorry for the delay. We too were very frustrated while dealing with an inept finance company that was nearly impossible to work with. We continually provided [redacted] with temporary license tags so she could ride her motorcycle.Thank you,[redacted]general Manager
