I am sending to this being that there wasn't a hyperlink. We have come to an end with this entire projectI sent over a detailed explanation of the story which I hope was readWe went out numerous times for a relatively simple taskThe customer got out of majority of the costs, as it isShe refused to work with us and demanded everythingOnce she finally paid, she demanded extra services for freeShe disputed the chargesWhich, the bank actually read their dispute and credited back the moneyWhich she is trying to dispute againThis customer has been a massive inconvenience.I have gone through so many of these now I'm not sure what I've sent whereBut she was only charged for what she receivedWhich, she has absolutely no grounds to disputeShe has the timer, fixtures and bulbs at her houseThe rest of her charges were diagnostic chargesThere were plant removals, which she so conveniently tied into the clean up, which was waivedI'm not currently in my office, but to my recollection, had invoices totaling somewhere around 14-for everythingWhich she ended up paying ofPretty nice discount. She feels she is owed a tree trimming, which WAS estimatedWe never did itMy tree crew was and still is busyWe are months out on any new openingsShe was never charges for thisBut felt the need to demand my crew to attempt it, without my notice so she could get it for freeWell, this is not something they do, which she was informed about priorThis is also where her complaint basically beganWe have done plenty for this individual, and are finished with herWe do not wish to do any further business with this womanIf I need to send over the estimates, invoices and emails (where she agrees to payment) I can do this, once againJust let me knowThank you and have a great day

My resolution does not include restitution rather business owners commitment to finish the scope of workQuality of work, warranty and consumer satifaction are all part of original claimOnce owner was paid in full he would not return phone calls, emails and textsTo date I have not received any warranty information regarding goods and services purchased and requested more than timesI have been under doctors care and have been receiving medical treatments throughout time spent on this issue have been advised not to incur any anxiety, stress as it has already interfered with my medical p progressMy claim was clearly about owner commitment, integrity, denial of consumer rights and harassmentWhy would anybody be so decitful and announce an illegal act of taping conversationsI can't imagine the bureau would want to include this owner as a Revdex.com business due to his negligence

Attached is the whole story of what transpired between, [redacted] and Green Leaf. It states what we did and didn't do and how we tried to rectify the issue and what she did and didn't pay for. Also attached is her initial estimates and her invoices. This her you will see that she in fact did, get...

everything she paid for. She even demanded paying a completely separate price. Which you will see when you pull up the invoices. We also have the agreement email stating that she was ok with these charges, prior to paying. This customer and experience has been less than pleasant and if the credit card company accepts her dispute, will be going even further being that we'll taking her to claims. To whom it may Concern at the Revdex.comI want to state that this complaint is entirely false and had been more than fabricated. I have any and all forms whether it be emails or texts. I also had a recorder in my pocket after I was advised to do from the lead service that she tried to complain to, too. I also have those conversations saved if you need to reference them, as well. This will only prove how less than pleasant it has been to work with this customer. I feel that after I tell the entire story, you will see that we made several attempts to rectify this issue.Upon our first meeting, we went over all her needs. I then went and wrote the estimate up. During our meeting, I stated that we were busy (she was looking to get her yard cleaned before Christmas). That the crew that would be coming out, is a maintenance crew and that’s it. That they’d be coming first. I was personally coming to do the diagnostic part of the bid. This included the irrigation and lighting systems. I also mentioned that the tree crew would be coming after all of us, if she decided to forego our services and that they were quite a ways out for scheduling and that we’d get to it. Maybe that wasn’t the best answer, but it was honest. Sometimes in this line of work when you’re a month out or more, it’s hard to pin point an exact date because things fall behind. When the guys made it out to her residence, they called me a couple hours into clean up, saying that they didn’t have the stuff to trim the trees or to fix the irrigation or lights…I then called her and she began to tell me that it all needed to be done that day and that this wasn’t satisfactory and that this crew didn’t do anything right. They are not tree trimmers. They also don’t do irrigation or lighting. This is why they weren’t going to be doing this. She couldn’t comprehend this and said it was a nuisance. We talked through it. I came out and did the diagnostics. I found that she needed bulbs, a new irrigation timer, a couple light fixtures, and some irrigation valves replaced, as well. At the time her front lighting timer wasn’t working. So I sent her the pricing on ALL these except the lighting timer. She was persistent to get a price but I was waiting on the place we get our timer from to get back to me on the price. We spoke over the phone once I got the price and she didn’t seem to want to pay that price. I stated that was fine, but we don’t install home depot type stuff and that she could get someone else to install and we wouldn’t be offended. So she declined the timer and we moved on. We came out again. This time to repair what we found wrong during the diagnostic troubleshooting. I also failed to mention that upon doing the diagnostic, we used the timer that she says doesn’t work, to diagnose the actual timer that didn’t work. So, we switched the bulbs, added the new fixtures, and traced the line to where someone else cut it. Fixed the valves and switch the irrigation timer. While the crew was going through everything, I figured that id pull apart the broken timer to see if there was a simple fix. I pulled it apart and actually found the issue. It was wiring and I was able to repair it. So now both timers are working. I told her this and she was actually pretty happy. I told her I’d send the crew back out free of charge for another clean up to kind of make up for the hiccup in the beginning. Now here is where it begins to really go downhill. They came back out and just the same as before, she tries to get these guys to trim her trees. The yard, other than the trees, looked great. She lost it on me because of this. I again told her, THESE GUYS DON’T DO THIS PART OF THE SERVICE and to let them do their job. The other guys will come at a later date. Which she felt the need to have them come out over the weekend, while they’re off. She also called repeatedly and texted, all weekend. I have some at 9pm and some all through the day on Sunday. She wanted me to come out and fix the timer in the back because it wasn’t working. Saying she would not pay until this was fixed. She said the timer wasn’t set right. So I went out there again and changed the timer. I thought it was odd because I set them the same. But I switched it and left. Again, calls all the next day saying it wasn’t set right. I get an email saying she wants a walk through on Feb 1. During all this, she decides to complain to my lead source. This went back and forth. But then she messed up by saying that she was actually happy with the service (verbatim) but she wanted to explore her rights. Not sure what this meant exactly but nothing up to this point had made sense either. I had a long convo with the lead rep and I was told to not acknowledge this, it wasn’t going to affect anything and that it was obvious this customer was looking for a free service. So now we meet up the 1st. We go over everything and the lights were not working. Electronically, you could hear it ticking. The timer was counting down. But when it got to the set time, it wouldn’t go off. I stayed for well over an hour playing with it. I actually found that the plug in cable went into an outside outlet that had a protective lid on it. Being that this timer was well over ten years, I assumed that perhaps the lid being closed this long, perhaps it was pulling the cord from the plug. This turned out to be the case. I showed, Dawn. Had it set off so that she could see for herself. Then I stated that this was the issue and that it might work for a while but I wasn’t certain for how long. Also being that she had she was hesitant about the initial pricing of the timer and also that this relationship had soured, we would not be doing any of the work, even if it went bad. She texted me that night saying that, everything WAS working. She called in after this, I believe, two days after. She stated that she was having issues paying online and that I should have a better system. Its Bank of America merchant services so I’m sure it’s decent. We entered payment over the phone. She then told me to get out and finish the trees relatively soon. I was taken aback by this being that all that we have been through. I was going to do it. She could get someone else to jump through her hoops. We didn’t charge her for trees trimming. I have all the estimates and invoices and will be attaching them. We never charged for a timer, either. Everything we charged her for, works and she received. Even during billing she never accepted our charges. She told us what she’d pay, which you could imagine, is very testing and extremely frustrating. I just let her bulldoze me and figured we’d move on from this. The amount agreed upon is what she paid which was initially around 1200-1300, something and was down to 960. Almost another 25% off.About two weeks later, I get several calls and emails about trees and now the timer isn’t working in the back again. My guess is her pool guy closed the protective lid, like I told them not to do. But again, we are done with the services we provided and that she paid for. This is no longer my customer and I will no longer be doing business with this person.  She has since begun to slander me through reviews and has disputed charges. All of which, I’m fighting because this amount was majority out of my pocket, She still has the Irrigation timer ($165.00 dollar value) the lighting fixtures (one cost $165.00 and the other $135.00), as well as he bulbs ($8.50 apiece) and the valves kits (55. Apiece, plus labor). So this has been a complete nightmare and has cost me both time and money. Which, I why I felt the need to tell the whole story.  I have never received a complaint, nor do I want to start. It’s pretty unfair that this could take a hit on my business because she feels she is owed something that she never paid for.
