Oh how I wish I had investigated this company before I purchased from them! I was scrolling thru Facebook when I saw their products advertised as a company that one of my friends had "liked" They were stylish and fit the décor of my office I ordered a cowhide rug and a reclaimed whiskey?/wine? barrel lid lazy susan on 9/ I tried calling the company on the 16th when I had not received any communication on their receiving my order or status of it Of course, no answer and I was sent to voicemail with no return call It wasn't until 9/that I receive an email saying that one or more of my items were on backorder They didn't even give a new expected shipment date I knew then I was in trouble I have left several voice messages and finally emailed them to fulfill the order immediately or refund my money(which was debited from my account the very next day after my order was placed) I have never heard of or knew that it was legal for a business to take your money for a product until it was shipped to you No response to date to the phone calls or email and I don't look to receive any I guess I have learned a $lesson and will be contacting Facebook and all of my contacts regarding this SCAM of a company I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company if I don't hear from them in the next day or so And if they tell me that my items are on "backorder"(seems to be their excuse for everything), I will be refunded my money, one way or another DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute worst customer service everI ordered a leather backpack for my fathers birthday on August It didn't say it was back ordered or anythingTime went by and I wrote them to tell them that my item had not been shippedThey wrote back (Taylor WWho seems to have a lot of name drops on here as the unapologetic rude one) very unapologetic, rude, and said the item would be back in stock in one-weeksWell weeks went by and I inquired again, and again, no responseWaited another weekI said if it does not ship this week I want a refundNo answerFinally today, way over a month from purchase, I emailed that I was mortified by customer service and that if I did not receive my refund the next business day that I would report the money as stolen to my bank and contact Revdex.comI noticed that they have no way to post on their Facebook any reviews or posts like most businesses do (leading me to believe this happens all the time and they don't want future customers to know how awful their experience will be), so I commented twice on pictures of theirs my disgust in their company and that they post hundreds of emails that take up half my email for NEW PRODUCTS but have no time to answer their customers who they are receiving their paychecks from without delivering any ordersWell that finally got the attention of another customer service rep who refunded meThat refund will take days though and my money had NO problem going through to them in day when I paid! Customer service also acted like it was a surprise that their vendor had taken so longSuggestion from an actual business owner who also operates from vendors - DO NOT LIST THE ITEMS AS AVAILABLE IF THEY ARE NOTGIVE A DATE THAT THE ITEMS WILL BE IN STOCKLooking over these reviews, I am not the only one who ordered as a gift! If I had known more than a month would have passed from my fathers birthday, I absolutely would not have ordered thisAlso, Bourbon and Boots, awful suspicious by looking at these other bad experiences with the EXACT same excuse you use for EVERY vendorQuit blaming your horrible customer service on vendors and step up your gameYou wanna be a real company? This company is the main reason why Amazon is so successful Every time I order something online, and it is not through Amazon, I have a horrible experience with customer service I ordered the Napa Wine Barrel Pet Bed and they charged my credit card the day I ordered on April 16th Four days later, on April 20th, I received an email stating that due to the high demand of my item, it is on back order I have since called twice, never got to speak to a person, left messages, with no call backs Sent an email, no response! Today is May 12, and decided that a company who charges your card before the item is shipped, is just bad business Put a dispute in with my credit card company and I have faith they will handle Bourbon & Boots Don't have the time to deal with incompetent businesses Too many good businesses online available Do not buy from this company, unless you need a headache!

I placed an order for two sets of whiskey glasses the first week of July After a week an a half of no shipping confirmation I contacted customer serviceI was told there was a vendor issue and the glasses would ship out the first week of August My first issue is why did I have to be the one to make the contact firstFast forward to this past week (last week of August) I have inquired via email times because my glasses never shippedLast expected date of shipment was September 12thAgain, never did anyone contact meNor did anyone try to make my experience better My two biggest complaints are that anyone can order these glasses on their siteThere is no disclaimer of a delay or expected ship date which makes me wonder how many other customers are experiencing a delay Lastly, I ended up canceling my order and asked to speak to a manager I was told she was on lunch and would call me back and that has never happened Seems like I'm having a hard time finding anywhere to leave positive or negative reviews online other than hereI don't expect a discount or free merchandise, I simply think that they are running a terrible operationIt's a shame because they have such nice merchandise but I wonder if anyone actually gets what they pay for in a timely manner at that

Ordered a pen from this company in early December for a Christmas gift I have tried to contact them via both email and phone, with no response whatsoever Needless to say I did not get the product in time for Christmas Please do not do business with this company I don't know if I will ever get my product However my credit card was charged the day I did the online order

I wish I had seen this before I placed an order I am going through the same thing the other consumers have complained about -- charging my credit card and then claiming the item is back ordered etc In my case, I ordered items, only one of which was allegedly backorderedOf course, the company failed to mail out the other despite repeated requests I still have not received ANY of the items I ordered, even the ones that were supposedly in stock

I ordered a hover board from Bourbon and Boots on November 7thI received several emails stating delays in shipping but promising to ship the week after ThanksgivingAfter I called and emailed them several times without a response I called several times in a two day period until someone picked up the callIt was a very nice woman that apologized for the delays but promised I would have my item by December 23rdA few days prior to Christmas I called and again received the run around about where my item was and a promise that it will be here "around Christmas" later that day I received another email stating that my item was being held by customs in OhioThey cancelled my order and refunded my money but the damage was done and my daughter never got the present she wantedA few days after Christmas Bourbon and Boots posted on their web site that they had plenty of extra hover boards but the were double the price I ordered mine Basically the owe me a hover board for $as promised

I ordered $worth of merchandise from you guys First of all, the merchandise you sent me was not what was advertised Secondly, the first shipment you sent did not include all of the merchandise that was supposed to be included Thirdly, it is now over a month since I ordered and it still has not been complete, yet you have already charged me for the full amount At last, I have called and called, emailed, and you guys will not return any of my phone calls or emails

We ordered etched wine glasses in Nov, as a Christmas giftWhen we did not get any shipping information after a week we emailed the Company asking for a shipping dateRepresentative responded that item was out of stock and it should ship 12/We asked why the website did not say it was out of stock and why item was still not shown as out of stock on their websiteWe also requested that the shipping address be changed in the hope that it would ship directly to the recipient was it was back in stockItem did not ship and the company will no longer correspond with meEmails are not answered, phone calls not returned and the live chat is not available Our credit card has been charged and we have no productWill have to contact bank to assist in getting our money back

I ordered from this company on August 16th and my card was charged immediatelyAfter emailing them to see when my item would ship, I received an email SIX days later that my item was on back orderI have called the company twice and nobody has called me back! I ordered an item from Bourbon and Boots in early to mid January and was told the item was in stockApproximately two weeks later, I emailed customer service letting them know I had not received any shipping notification and was inquiring as to whyI was then told that the supplier had failed to deliver the product, thus leading to the shipments to customers being lateWhen I asked about the "in stock" note, I was ignored, but customer service seemed apologetic so I let it goHere I am three weeks later...still no itemFINALLY today I get notice that my order is shippedI reply to the email asking if the order was overnighted (as I was told it would be throughout one of my 25+ emails back and forth throughout these three weeks) and I receive a call from a DIFFERENT customer service employee whom is concerned because "NO orders are overnighted due to the expense!!" Then I get an email from the original customer service employee stating they only said overnight (on February 9th) because I had mentioned needing the item for a birthday gift on February 10th and they wanted to do all they could to get it there in timeSo...they would have overnighted it IF it had arrived over a week ago...but since it DIDN'T they are going to ship it with priority; making it even more late! I then point all of these facts out and get a snarky email back saying that I "must not want to be helped...and thank you for this lesson in customer service"!!!! To which I replied cancel my order and refund my money immediately! Their response to this is that my order has been cancelled and I should receive my refund in approximately SEVEN business days!!!! To sum my experience up, I ordered something from them, they didn't fulfill my order, not only LATE, but not at all...and my roughly $will be mine again after OVER SIX WEEKS since the original order What a ridiculous company to deal with! I only with I would have seen the "B" rating from the Revdex.com ahead of time and read some of the SEVENTEEN complaints filed against them! Buyers beware!!!!!
