Customer will be issued a full refund after he has shipped the item back to us at his cost, we will have to inspect the item to make sure it was in the same condition sent. Once it clears inspection a refund will be issued.

I was told from the business they would replace it, but I had to purchase the part for the Transmission oil pan. Stripped bolts and missing bolts should never have happened and should have been caught before hand. Obviously not what I was going to do as it was not broken before I brought it to the shop. My vehicle is used for work and I could not afford to leave it with them again. They took longer than they stated they would with the initial install and it cost 400 dollars more than they said it would as well. I do NOT trust their work or their integrity in what they do as I’ve had to fix multiple problems they should have noticed before the motor was installed and the truck returned to me. I wanted to have it done myself so I knew for a fact it was done right and not by a shoddy mechanic. The EVAP plug as ripped out and not fixed and I was told that was not a motor install issue, but you have to remove part of the EVAP system to get the motor out. Overall they are a unpleasant group of people to work with, it ended up costing me a lot more than I was told, it took longer than I was told and I had to repair things myself and by a certified [redacted] mechanic because of their ineptitude to do things right the first time. I will follow this email up with the paper receipts from the purchases I had to make for the parts that needed replacing.

WELL FIX IT HE SATED HE COULD NOT LEAVE THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE A RIDE HOME . SO WE TOLD HIM OK JUST BRING IT BACK WHEN YOU HAVE A RIDE AND HE SAID HE WOULD BRING IT BACK AND NEVER RETURNED . WE NEVER REFUSED ANY SERVICE TO HIM , HE SHOULD OF BROUGHT IT BACK TO US TO FIX THE ISSUE WITH THE TRANSMISSION FILLER TUBE . NOW FOR THE OTHER 2 ISSUES HE DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THIS TILL WE GOT A EMAIL FROM THE Revdex.com. HE NEVER TOLD US ABOUT THE SECOND AND THIRD ISSUES THAT HE WROTE ABOUT IN THIS EMAIL . HE SHOULD OF BROUGHT IT BACK TO US TO FIX IT INSTEAD HE TOOK IT TO GET FIXED ELSEWHERE AND HIS CAR WAS UNDER WARRANTY FOR THE ENGINE AND INSTALLATION FOR 90 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF INSTALLATION .
