North Western Synthetic Grass

My wife and I wanted to do something on our large patio, about 450ft. NWPM was there to help. We came across the company at the BC Home and Garden show. They were very helpful, accommodating since we wanted a small portion to be a wooden deck for our BBQ. They seemed to missed sending the quote after the free in person consultation but a quick reminder and we had the quote.
On the day of the installation three members of the team came and were able to finish in only few hours. We are so happy with NWPM work. During the installation we asked a lot of extra questions for care and maintenance and they were happy to stop their task and take the time to explain. If you are thinking of artificial grass we would highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the work done by NWPM. They work extremely well in all conditions and provide a high level of expertise with the task on hand.
We will be using their services again in the near future.

Unlike other landscapers I've received quotes from, he owned his own company (not a franchise, this is a big plus) and really seemed willing to break jobs down into quotes and assign costs to them. I was very impressed by his motivation and his approach to business. His proposals all included pictures of the property, and outlined the work to be done clearly. This is NOT how other landcapers operate, in my experience.

Despite some weather delays, his team showed up and rocked it out on my yard. We changed some things up on the spot, and it was all "not a problem".

I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for similar services.

Allen and his crew performed a number of tasks on my yard in Langley City.
One of those was cutting about 3 feet of my hedge that was 15 feet tall, about 150 feet in length and 3 feet in diameter in places. No easy task to get it level but they got it done.
They will keep at it untill the customer is smiling, all honoring the original quote no surprises.
Also not a problem to change something along the way.

Excellent customer service, very responsive and helpful on projects with short timelines. Delivery was timely and the product is performing great.

We hired NWPM to replace our lawn with artificial turf. We were surprised and impressed that they showed on time to provide the estimate and were very professional. The turf was installed in one day and it looks excellent. After the estimate was done we removed a hedge in our yard and didn't inform NWPM. This resulted in more turf being needed but this problem was taken care of quickly and without any fuss. We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend NWPM.
