If your buying a car or truck from this dealership, I'd go elsewhere! I went to buy a truck and all was going well until the trade in was consideredMy car has a market value of $18,and is in showroom condition, the sales guy offered my $11,for it and I told him that I must get $15,for my trade inAt this price range it leaves them $3,to profit fromSo my trade was the tal for the next two hours so finally they said they'd give me $15,and I was ready to sign the papers but my wife who is a numbers person said that some is off.....so we looked deeper and what they did was give me $12,for my car and worked the numbers to appear that they gave me $15,for the trade inThe difference was added to the monthly paymentsWhen comforted about this, that's when the manger came in and the pressure tactics started, they even had someone standing at the upper level right over us listening and giving signals to someone about what was being saidWhen I saw this, I decided it was time to leave and should have left earlier, at this moment another salesman came and stood right behind me and the manager said he's here Brussels there's another customer wanting the truck! I smiled and said good sell the truck to himI have bought over cars in my life time and have never been treated so dishonestly like these guys have treated me....as a note there was no one waiting to buy the truck and I was the only customer there at the time and on the way out, there must have been sales people all staring at me like I did something wrongThis is the worst dealership I've ever been to and something should be done to prevent such dishonest practices....they are stealing from people
