Very slick. I think it is a scam.
The salesman rushed me off the call as soon as he had my credit card number; I could not reach ANYONE via any option on my subsequent calls to get further into or to cancel the order. My last attempt resulted in them hanging up the call completely. It is a scam.

They are trying to take money out of my account that I did not approve.
I ordered two bottles of there weight loss supplement and detox supplement for $6 and change each and now they tried to charge me $89 for what I have no clue and I can't get to a website to cancel whatever it is they're trying to do and take money out of my account

Desired Outcome

To cancel out of whatever account they have. They're trying to take my money from whatever membership entered into without my knowledge.

My grandmother would like a refund for product ordered from a misleading advertisement.
I am writing this on behalf of my grandmother. Back in December of 2019, she ordered the Selenex GSH dietary supplement from your company, North American Nutra. She saw an advertisement in a magazine offering a free bottle of the product. She called the number on the ad, gave all of her information and a while later, she received the product. Little did she know, her credit card had been charged on December 6, 2019 for the full amount of the products worth, $39.90

At the time she originally called, she unknowingly signed up for bi-monthly deliveries of Selenex GSH. She received more deliveries in the months of February 2020, April 2020, and June 2020. On the dates of February 4, 2020, April 4, 2020, and June 3, 2020, she was again charged the price of $39.90 for the product.

Unfortunately, my grandmother ordered this without realizing one of the main ingredients of Selenex GSH is blood orange extract, which she cannot consume, due to the blood pressure medication she has been prescribed by her doctor.

On June 16, 2020, I contacted North American Nutra's customer service to stop the bi-monthly deliveries and return the four bottles of product for a refund. I spoke with a representative name Jared. He stopped the auto shipments and informed me that the bottles from April and June could be returned as they are within the 90 day return window. I am currently in the process of mailing those bottles back. He reluctantly informed me that I could not receive a refund on the bottles that were shipped out in December and February as they are outside of the 90 days. This is where the issue lies.

My grandmother ordered this product thinking the bottle would be free, as advertised. She was lied to by your company to order a product that she thought was free and did not know would come bi-monthly. Now your company will not fully refund her for a product that she cannot use and in the following months did not want.

To further this issue, at the very end of February, my grandmother broke her ankle and was in the hospital for three months as she was not able to re-enter her assisted living facility due to COVID-19. She was unable to get into her home, or have her family members enter her home, to retrieve the Selenex GSH for return. Now, your company will not refund her $79.80 because it is out of a 90 day time frame. North American Nutra scammed my grandmother and refuses to pay her. Under the extreme and horrible circumstances that have occurred, I feel your company should make an exception to your policy.

Thank you for your patience while we took a deeper look into this customer complaint.

North American Nutra customer care has been in contact with ***, the customers Grand Daughter, to rectify this issue.

First, we would like to sincerely apologize for any confusion during the order process as well as during the initial interaction with our telephone customer care team.

After reviewing a recording of the initial sales call on made on 06/04/2019 at 02:24pm, the customer did agree to receive shipments on a set schedule and was given the customer service telephone number in the event the customer no longer wanted to receive shipments.

On June 25th 2020 our online customer care team reviewed the return process with *** and made an exception to the traditional 90-day money back guarantee period for a one-time return of all orders associated with this customer.

The returned products were received on July 7th 2020 and credits were issued for the full purchase price as per the attached transaction receipts.

At the request of *** we have also removed the below name and address from all future advertising.

I ordered a product from them where they started I would only pay for shipping. But then the company charged me a few weeks after for $180.
I ordered a product on 5/11 that they said would only be the cost of shipping. They first scam you into a second product when checking out that you don't realize you've ordered till you have completed the order. So I paid $13 for the shipping. On 5/30 they charged my card twice each for $89 and some change. I called to request a refund and they stated I should have called within 14 days which I agreed to in the terms. They refused to refund me the full amount and would only offer me a refund of $80. Which is nothing compared to the $180 they took from me. The "manager" of the call center was rude and very unprofessional as he hung up on me. I would like a full refund and for them to add the disclaimer to their website that they are scamming you by not telling you they will charge you for subscription if you don't cancel within 14 days. Which the product made it to my house exactly 14 days later.

I am requesting the full refund of $180.

Last night I placed an order for the one jar #NAN-10037-Shopify But was charged for two one was over $100.00 that I did not order???
I ordered one jar of the product Cermin for $19.95 but when I checked my account online I was charged for another order of same product but the amount taken out of my account was over $100.00, which I did not order. Both orders have same number "NAN-10037-SHOPIFY". Date 01/18/20 , debit card. The ad was on Facebook.

Desired Outcome

Refund for the order they charged for over $100.00 . I have texted them 4 times. Last time was 2 hours ago and every time I get same response "will be right with you "

Upon receiving her complaints about the unexpected charge, this customer was immediately refunded the $119.85 and our web development team was notified to investigate any potential issues with the website. Please note, it can take 3-5 business days for refunds to be reflected on the customer's card statement.

Ms. has now been refunded for both the charges of $119.85 and $19.95. The transaction receipts and refund receipts are attached. Again, we would like to apologize for any errors that may have occurred during her online shopping experience with North American Nutra and for the inconvenience this has caused.

This company has sent us unacceptable pornographic mail.
This company has sent an advertisement magazine with pornography on the front and back covers. This type of material is totally unacceptable in this home and should not be allowed to be in the mail. Either this company should be forced to stop mailing such filth to people or should be closed down.

Either stop sending pronograph filth in the mail or completely close down.

They have written me stating they took my address and name off mailing list. Its been a week since last response from Borgia. I note that it does take while for mail posting to stop completely.

I have sent their filty magazine back to them, asking them NOT to send anymore,they keep sending the filth.I want them to quit sending ***.
Finally got them to quit sending product and charging them for their ***, now need their filty magazine to quit coming to my address or email.

If company will refund I will send back unused portion

After taking this product for 2 weeks with no results I called for a refund and was told to take it for 2 more weeks. An ED Rx that takes one month to work is useless, raising a red flag. I contacted my DISCOVER card to stop payment; they did; then NAnutra sent enough paperwork to verify the order and DISCOVER then re-billed me for 119.85. I made 2 phone calls to NAnutra which; 1. Was told to contact DISCOVER even though they the bill had gone thru. 2. Was told a refund was not possible due a "charge back" and misc word play. The ad states"no questions asked". This company never intended to refund my money.

Nitric Oxide Sanguenol is an all-natural dietary supplement intended to boost Nitric Oxide, support healthy blood flow and enhance sexual health.

Customers who do not experience benefits from the product within 90 days may contact customer service to retrieve a Return Merchandise Authorization and return the product for a refund of the full purchase price.

It is our standard operating procedure to provide documentation in defense against chargebacks if there is no record of the customer returning the product.

It appears that the customer contacted their credit card company to remove the charge which prompted the response of our chargeback team to provide all proof of a valid order.

In the interest of resolving the customer's complaint we have issue a credit for the full purchase price of $119.85 as seen in the transaction receipt attached.

We apologize for any misunderstanding and intend on ensuring the procedure is clearer for future customers.

Enclosed is my initial letter to several government officials which explains my complaint. After the initial contact w/ N.A. Nutro 2 weeks after taking their product with no results I determined that they were less than honest. I was right. also enclosed is part of their ad claiming no questions asked will, they didn't ask any questions, they just refused to refund my money siting misc reasons why. The 90 day deadline of Dec 7 has now passed, even though I tried 4 times to get a refund prior to that date.

Their reply to Discover card mentions a return merchandise authorization (RMA) which they refused to give me citing "charge back", which I assume is a legal term for too bad sucker. $119.85 is not enough to go to court over, if it went to court I find it hard to believe any honest judge would rule in their favor, but I could be wrong.

Other (requires explanation) I would prefer to never receive mailings or any advertisement from this company again. I called their number and spoke with a customer service representative, who said he took me off the mailing list. I want there to be a record of their inappropriate advertisements.
