I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As you can see by the [redacted] notification it was bought by Northbrookauto as noted on the image. nothbrookauto is the purchaser and Thomas D[redacted] is the contact person. Can he for convenience just say that anything that goes wrong is not associated with his business? He is the owner according to his website.

The considered purchase was to be a personal transaction by Thomas D[redacted], the owner of Northbrook Auto Sales, not a purchase to acquire inventory for the business.  Thomas after careful consideration of the vehicle being offered and the lack of seller history provided on eBay reconsidered his...

interest and decided not to proceed with purchase.  Due to the nature of his work it did take a bit of time for him to contact the seller concerning his desire not to follow through with the purchase of his vehicle, and was apologetic of both the delay in communication and the inconvenience.  Thomas offered to cover the cost of relisting his sale on eBay so that he could attempt to auction his property again if he wished.  Northbrook Auto Sales, as a business, was not involved with this transaction.
