Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To clarify, the complaint was made with Revdex.com because 1) Northbrook Toyota did not do its job properly and fill out necessary paperwork correctly and timely 2) Northbrook Toyota did not respond to calls made by myself and by [redacted] for over two months 3) The one and only time Northbrook Toyota called me, it was to leave a vague message stating they didn't understand the problem despite me leaving very simple and clear messages about what needed to be done 4) Northbrook Toyota caused me to waste hours of my own time being on hold and then talk with multiple representatives with [redacted] only for them to tell me that Northbrook Toyota was not calling them back and there was nothing they could do about re-allocating the overpayment until Northbrook Toyota revised its paperwork 5) Northbrook Toyota was inconsiderate enough to not call back EVEN AFTER I left them a message saying I would have no recourse but to start filing complaints What needs to be done does NOT require the customer Do not call me - that window is closed It is too little to late Please get everything done properly as it should have been done initially I will call [redacted] on Monday Nov 7th - if nothing has been done, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Illinois State's Attorney Consumer Protection division on Tuesday Nov 8th J [redacted]

I met with *** Thursday evening 12/He expressed his concernI explained the additional inquiries were in our attempt to find him a better interest rate, which we did achieveThere are banks that will not finance certain vehicles, but his credit score was so high, we felt they would flex on
their rules*** credit is extraordinary, which is due to his great focus and understanding of what drives that scoreI did apologize to *** myselfI believe we are back on very good terms

the contact he made with Revdex.com sounded like he was frustrated nobody was calling him back, and this was not getting resolvedI do understand his frustration. I have left two messages for Dr*** in hopes to resolve, as well as apologizeI will happily contact *** *** Services and try to resolve it directly with themThank you

Mr*** came to our dealership because we were the only dealership that had the vehicle that fit sll his criteriaThe bumper
issue was addressed at the time of purchasethe used Car Mgradvised the customer the cost would be $to repair hereHe declined to have us repair the bumper and they negotiated a deal to take $off the price and the bumper would not be fixed by usMr*** has already filed a complaint with Toyota Corpand we responded that nothing more will be offered

It was a certified vehicle and after making a deal over the phone and us traveling all the way out there from another state they said we had to pay an additional amount even though it was on them that it did not fit the certified guaranteeWe will not be satisfied until this issue is fixed, at the price we negotiatedIt is a fix and the dealership told us it was only a fix and that we had to pay half or they were not going to make a deal on the carIt is clearly stated as part of the point inspection that the car is free of scratches and dentsThis is an entire crack in the bumperFrom the start all we wanted was the vehicle, under the certification at the price we made the deal at

The people are rude and unaccommodating. Sales and service are sharks that they sell you everything they can for double price.

I was there for appointment change oil 9/2015 at 12: 30 pm and I told service that I'm on my lunch break and I need to get back to work in one hr. Service and dispatcher told me that it will take 30 minutes . Well after waiting for 1 hr the car is still not ready they told me it was being wash . I waited for another 45 minutes for a car wash and when the car arrived the car looks like it was just wet not car wash
Worst carwash i've ever had .
WAITED 2 HRS FOR A CHANGE OIL and on top of the change oil they were selling me another maitenance for $500. 00. The car was purchased Certified and only 6 months old .
While waiting fo my car I noticed that NB TOYOTA service people talk to their customers with an attitude . Northbrook toyota Sales and service bulliies there customer.

That rainy day last week, I thought a visit to Toyota dealer will not be good. But I bought 2005 Prius from Northbrook Toyota Scion in 3 hours. I did a lot of research on hybrid cars, gave them a call on 2 particular cars (2005 Prius) I am interested, but anxious what kind of stock of other used cars they might have. Mr. Larry [redacted], the salesman, was kind and helpful to my wife and me. Mr. [redacted] was able to do some magic, and sold us the car within our budget, after negotiating with the Manager and the Owner. The service was great--business office, car wash, last check before I took the car, etc. Very pleased. So, thank you, Northbrook Toyota Scion. I am sure I will be back in the future for another Toyota hybrid. Thank you, Larry!

Yes ABC can install the aftermarket remote start, but I want you to be aware that this requires an additional key. Your key which came with the car will also be needed. If you are alright with having 2 separte keys for your vehicle, we will have ABC install the remote start for you.
