I do not get all the negative responses to Northcoast FinancialI first came to them back in January of when they had a credit lot on Jackman Rdin ToledoI got an ok Nissan that was 7yrs old at that timeI was easily approved and treated really wellI did have a major issue with my car about a week into my purchase but they took car of my tow and all repairs without any hasslesI did have times where I could not make my payments and every time my finance manager helped me out and gave me more time to payI ultimately had my car repossessed but that was all my faultI paid my car in full through having my paychecks garnished but I sucked it up and knew I messed upMore than ten year later with my credit in shambles because of my job being eliminated when the economy took a bad turn I needed a carYes they had me on file still and noted I paid my account from the past in full they gave me a car loan with one stipulation and that was I sign up for auto pay, I said if that's all it takes then sign me upI have a great car with in my opinion with my credit score a great bi-weekly paymentI had one issue with my paycheck not being deposited on time and I called my loan manager and *** was so helpful and only needed my company to give me a letter with their name on it so she could extend meThat was more than helpful and even thought my check was corrected that day she never treated me rudely or like I was a second class personI understand things happen in life and yes the interest rate is high but they do post to my credit report every month and it has helped me and they have helped meI thank them
