Wanted to add to my review that the key was small enough to send with regular stamps so that's what I decided to do so they could have their key back within the 30day time period and she provided no instructions or label. So I know they have my key and my money. What a way to treat a disabled person. They are a rip of company and that's the truth . I just want my money back. Here's a photo of what I was forced to do being I was not helped.

I ordered a key fob for a mercedes gla 250. Of course the Fob didn't work as Mercedes will not program a key anywhere but at a dealer. I requested a return and she says sure just send to this address. I asked for a return label as I am disabled and cannot stand in a post office. She refused and did not provide any further instructions and cut off communication with me. She now says she doesn't have the key and won't refund me. I know she has the key. Do not do business with this people I beg of you and report them to BBB, FTC, Ebay, Amazon and whatever else you can find. They are making money fraudulently and need to be stopped. I am filing with the Government thru the Americans with disabilities act for ripping off a disabled person. Stay away you've been warned

Ordered an additional key fob for my 2022 Ford F350. Found Northcoast Keyless and ordered for 1/3 of the dealer cost plus they wanted another $250 for programming. My fod came in about one week. It looks identical to the factory one. It came with very helpful directions. I just programmed it albeit I had to repeat the process three times which I think was because I went too slow. Nonetheless the remote works perfectly now. Not sure what some of the negative reviews are but my experience has been great.

I attempted to purchase 2 fobs for our 2005 Pontiac G6 through NorthCoast and got robbed. Their app ended up registering the shipping address as half the billing address and half the shipping address so the package was undeliverable. NorthCoast blames me saying I keyed the incorrect address. Tell me NC - how did you get the transaction processed on my card with a completely invalid address as the shipping destination?

Buyer beware - if it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

I paid $24.99 for a keyfob. I wrote a note "If this cannot be programmed by you, please DO NOT send." It was sent unprogrammed and will cost me $63 to get it programmed. After a bit of research, I found that my 2007 does not have the capability to be programmed without the car in front of them. I want to return it but they do not answer. I could buy one on Amazon for $10. This is not the family company with good service that they advertise.

1/2020: Bought a remote that seller claimed to be OEM. Well it wasn’t OEM, but it was DOA. Doesn’t work. A cheap knockoff. Customer Service was “Customer No Service.” Non responsive. Beware.

Key fob didn't work. Returned the fob, and am still waiting for my refund. Been 2 months.

Totally satisfied and happy with my order. Ordered a Remote FOB for my 2001 Buick Park Avenue. Its an exact duplicate of my original, in fact its in better condition. Took my car to the local Buick dealer and they had it and my original programmed in 20 minutes. Works great, wish I had bought two.

Called their number and spoke to David in shipping. He found my order by my name and I realized I had ordered for the wrong year vehicle (2001instead of 2000) Although it was my fault, they sent me a correct one and trusted me to send back the one I mis-ordered. Don't know if the product will work, but so far the customer service has been fine!

DO NOT BUY A KEY FOB FROM NORTHCOAST KEYLESS! On December 15, 2017 my wife ordered from NorthCoast Keyless an original Ford key fob using the original key part number and VIN number. As recommended on the insert enclosed with the key fob I scheduled with a local Auto Locksmith, Brian Scherer of B's Lock and Key to scroll and program the key fob. He has scrolled and programmed many Ford keys of this type and many other auto types and was found recommended on Yelp. After he efficiently scrolled the flip key, he attempted to program the key fob four (4) times and each time the program stated "Failed to Identify Chip" as shown in pictures attachments sent to NorthCoast Keyless along with my $70 paid locksmith receipt stating "Attempted to program flip key and the key failed to program. Read the chip and it failed to recognize. Read original chip and it showed." After sending three e-mails to NorthCoast Keyless requesting a manager call me (they DO NOT provide a phone number for their company) I received an e-mail (not a phone call as I requested) from a manager that said his name is CD (no full first or last name) and he stated "Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the work of a 3rd party seller so we cannot refund you any charges from the Locksmith." What I can do for you is simply issue you a full-refund without having you return the key to us for inspection.” Although they refunded the key fob purchase, he didn’t care to inspect the key fob to see if it was defective and does not care to provide customer service in reimbursing the locksmith charge found to be defective as the locksmith. NORTHCOAST KEYLESS WILL NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS FROM BEING DEFECTIVE AND COVER THE LOCKSMITH EXPENSES THAT RESULT, DOES NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON BY PHONE. Ordered a key fob from NorthCoast Keyless for my Dodge truck on 1/30/2017, order number 31619, part number 56046956. Key needed to be programed by a locksmith or dealer and I was warned to make sure I purchased a new OEM part, which is what I asked for. Long and short is the key fob was not able to be programed. Dealer showed me where the key had been previously been opened. I'm now out $85 dollars for the attempt to do the programing. I do not believe this is a reputable company, should have known if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

Review: On 12/23/13 I ordered an OEM AUDI A6 TT KEYLESS REMOTE ENTRY FOB UNCUT KEY [redacted] from Remote Wholesale (order #[redacted])/ Ebay. On 12/28/13 I received a key that is not [redacted]. I emailed Remote Wholesale and after multiple emails and [redacted] or Eria PA replied, you are full of xxxx.at this point I no longer care what you do with the key but I could make a couple suggestions. I would like a refund and Im working with PayPal and Ebay on this. $27.88 is too small for me to take him to court but I dont want him to take advantage of other people.Desired Settlement: [redacted] and RemoteWholesale be removed from providing fraudulent services.
