I contacted Mr*** and apologized for the inconvenience and let him know that as far as I had understood we were still working on a resolution to the issue
After visiting with him for a few minutes I figured out that there had been some
intermal miscommunications along with time lapses due to it being near the Christmas holiday and people involved being out of the office
We were able to get everything worked out and get things taken care of to make Mr*** happy
