Northeast Agri Systems Inc.

Review: I selected Northeast agri systems, inc. from a list of three builders (contractors) to build two broiler houses on my farm. The houses were filled with chicks April of 2013.

Over the past year ---I have had northeast agri systems ,inc. out to repair, replace, all different items they installed.

One of the first items was trying to keep the temperatures to required settings during the first month ( April 2013) . The cracks between each seam of press board on walls leaked so much---the brooder heaters never stopped heating---I had Northeast A.S. come out and caulk all seams.

The covers on the exhaust fans leaked so much during the winter of 2013-2014 I had snow drifts inside the house--The outside air blowing around the fan covers made the litter on the floor wet from the condensation of cold air hitting warm inside air---again I had northeast come out to fix the problem. They put some sort of foam on---which made NO difference. I called and had a meeting (ONE OF MANY) at the houses to show how much air was coming in---the sevice person told me " you had barns built---get use to it" .

I have so many items to tell you---that I wonder if I could speek wlth a Revdex.com person . I've had Northeast out approx. 20 times over the last year---I will say they have repaired afew

of the problems ---but there is a list each week I give them--that never seems to be done.

I spent over 1 mi9llion on these houses---i'm in debt over my head---I was told by N.E that the buildings should last for 50 years. With all the moisture ( water coming through the walls from rain and the condensation from leaks and areas that seem to have no insulation) the press board walls are actually starting to turn a moldy looking white and breaking apart at the edges. This is only after (1) year!!

What -who can I speak to? My emotional stress is not very good when I walk into the houses and see water --from this rain---running across the floors and running out from under the windows and dripping out of the ceiling.

There areso many items that are needing repaired that I would spend hours printing.
