On June 16, ,Northeast Appliance Pros repaired Ms ***'s dryerOn her receipt that she signed accepting that the job had been completed to her satisfaction it is clearly stated that " all labor is guaranteed for days "On Augwhen Ms *** called back stating that the dryer was
broken again we offered to come out for half the feeAt that point she became very unreasonable

The part in question has an internal seal that can not be damaged during service but wears out over timeNo extra labor was being charged , only the cost of the additional part needed

Northeast Appliance Pros (NEAP) per their website www.northeastappliancepros.com is supposed to guaranty all their work which includes warranty on parts &a laborThere is no mention of labor being guaranteed for thirty daysPlease see the attached snapshots from their websiteNEAP did not disclose their terms and conditions to me before performing servicesNEAP is using and misleading advertising and deceptive business practiceThey failed to properly fix my mother clothes dryer per our business transaction as a result my disabled mother is unable to dry her clothesThis is highly unacceptableNEAP was hired to June 16, and I called the entity on August 16, to share that the dryer stopped workingNEAP wanted me to pay them again for labor and for the replaced parts to look at the dryer againI did not pay NEAP to fix a dryer for it to break down in two months that does not make any senseAppliance repairs should be guaranteed for at least a yearNEAP is claiming that their technicians are trained and certified to work on all appliancesAt this point I would not even trust their technicians to park my carI am requesting a full refund from NEAPThis is non negotiable]

There were no damages caused by Northeast ApplianceMr***'s refrigerator is still covered by his warrantyAnything could have happened in the past nine months
