. Northeast Appliance Pros (NEAP) per their website www.northeastappliancepros.com is supposed to guaranty all their work which includes warranty on parts &a labor. There is no mention of labor being guaranteed for thirty days. Please see the attached snapshots from their website. NEAP did not disclose their terms and conditions to me before performing services. NEAP is using false and misleading advertising and deceptive business practice. They failed to properly fix my mother clothes dryer per our business transaction as a result my disabled mother is unable to dry her clothes. This is highly unacceptable. NEAP was hired to June 16, 2017 and I called the entity on August 16, 2017 to share that the dryer stopped working. NEAP wanted me to pay  them again for labor and for the replaced parts to look at the dryer again. I did not pay NEAP to fix a dryer for it to break down in two months that does not make any sense. Appliance repairs should be guaranteed for at least a year. NEAP is claiming that their technicians are trained and certified to work on all appliances. At this point I would not even trust their technicians to park my car. I am requesting a full refund from NEAP. This is non negotiable. ]

[redacted] I would expect a working washer after repairing it.  After paying for the parts, I had to purchase a new washer.

There were no damages caused by Northeast Appliance. Mr. [redacted]'s refrigerator is still covered by his warranty. Anything could have happened in the past nine months.
