$210.00 dollars and a goodwill credit of $70.00. for a net cost of $140.00. She only provided the report up to 8/25/2015 so there is no way to tell if she received any additional goodwill credits or additional charges. We have forwarded her e-mail and credit card statement to the processor to see if they will do anything for her. The fax she sent to us was done on 9/8/15 at 10:23 am. It is unreasonable for her to expect any decision on the same day she provided the documentation.

I would gladly accept 140. 00 refund. I only filed this complaint because I knew Napa would not call me back with the refund. I called the manager Phil every other day to find out about the refund. PHIL stated that they was nothing he could do and it was the other companies fault. I explained this to my bank and the refunded two of the fees. They told me to contact Napa and the Revdex.com. I would be willing to provide whatever documents needed to get the refund of 140.00Thanks
