Review: Contacted company on 6/25/2013, employee arrived at my home on 6/26/2013 at approximately 4pm. I explained that my light switch at the entrance would get extremely hot daily when using any electric in the home. The electrician examined the light switch, hooked wires the way he thought would fix the problem, the lights came on and inspected the entire home for working electricity, everything was working properly. When we returned to the living room where the light switch is located it was again hot to the touch, he said to "cut the breaker off" tried to contact the office but no one answered the call so the electrician said he "would speak with his employer tomorrow and see what else can be done". On 6/27/2013 at 11am I called the electrical company to find out what time the electrician would come by and was told "other people were ahead of me for repairs and it would be 6/28/2013 before anyone could come out", I told him then that" I would get another electrician because I cannot live like this".
I called [redacted] and was able to get someone out on 6/29/2013 and the repair was done within a hour.Desired Settlement: No charges for repairing nothing.

On June 27, 2013, I filed a complaint against Northeast Electric and have not heard from your organization. I have received repeat bills from Northeast Electric regarding my complaint that they made a house call to my home, was unable to correct my electric problem of my light switch overheating and they would come out again in 2 days. During that time I contacted another electric company that came out that day and proceeded to completely correct the problem with in a matter of minutes. My complaint is I was billed by Northeast electric for doing nothing and was looking for answers that would negate this bill since no work was completed satisfactorily.
