I am writing today to let you know that we came to a resolution with the customer Mr [redacted] went to the customers’ home after a rainstorm and found no issues of puddling that Mr [redacted] mentioned in his complaint Mr [redacted] accompanied Mr [redacted] to the area’s which he felt were not addressed and confirmed that there don’t seem to be any issues afterall I believe that he will be contacting you sometime in the near future to confirm our findings and resolve this complaint against Sponzilli Landscape Group

This email serves to confirm that Sponzilli Landscaping did come and performadditional work on our patio We consider this situation to be rectified
