I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***,
and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Called consumer and she stated that the company is lying, she never told them not to come back and finish the work Why would she do that when she has given them over $24,for this job I asked the company for my keys back in November because they weren't finishing the job They started the job in August and now it is December and it is not completed and have not had a response from them They came in and did a demo job upstairs and some sheet rock I contacted the sheet rock sub contractor that this business contracted to and they stated that the reason they have not come back is because this business owes them money for the work they have done and they are trying to blame me for not giving them money when I paid them over $24, They were suppose to be responsible for getting plumbers and electricians and nothing has been done I even tried to contact business yesterday via phone and email and still no response I just want my money back so that I can get someone else to do the job I no longer want to deal with them. I called and obtained additional response from SteveHe stated verbally: there has been no further contact by her with meI did approx $12,roof job which was 100% completeThe work she paid for and received is equaled to the work that was doneI am having no further contact due to the family, her daughter and slawMy name has been removed from the permit by meShe will need to contact someone else if she wants more work done

I called and obtained additional response from Steve. He stated verbally: there has been no further contact by her with me. I did approx $12,000 roof job which was 100% complete. The work she paid for and received is equaled to the work that was done. I am having no further contact due to the family, her daughter and son-in law. My name has been removed from the permit by me. She will need to contact someone else if she wants more work done.
