[redacted] joined the health club on 4/20/2015. She decided to cancel her contract 2 days later. Her membership was subsequently canceled on 4/23/2015. Ms [redacted] was never billed for any monthly dues and her 74.00 enrollment fee was refunded by her credit card company.

Only call I received was from the collections agency. You can go ahead and remove me from collections but I already paid my balance.
