Dear Revdex.com,The contract was signed between the homeowner and our Independent Craftsman. The homeowner requested this specific craftsman complete this job, however, he was unable to complete the task due to a health issue. Another Craftsman could have been assigned, however, the
homeowner never would call our office directly. Instead, he would call the corporate franchise office which was in no position to assist him directly. The solicitation the homeowner is referring to is a automatic email program managed by the franchisor. I have since removed his name from that list and he will not be contacted in the future. It is unfortunate that he has had this experience. We service over homeowners every year and have countless homeowner references and referrals. This homeowner has never contacted ME directly to discuss or to share his concerns. Instead, he chose to just do it via email to Revdex.com and Angie's List. I am sure his project could have been completed with better and proper communication. We wish him luck on his project and apologize we were not able to satisfy his needs at this time.
