Hello, I reviewed the customer’s account with her complaintWe tried to call her on 4/4/with notes stating “Unable to reach customer regarding pending disconnect - rang a couple of times then there was a solid tone.” Our customer service representative waited about a half hour and called
again, and had the same outcomeThe service was disconnected before the payment was made, and there was a door hanger put on her door notifying her of the disconnectionWe did not speak with this customer regarding the amount to be paid at any time during this disconnection period, until she called in on 4/10/We then notified her that we received her balance payment, but the deposit and reconnect needed to be paidThe customer was then reconnected on the same day, 4/10/17, that she spoke with our customer service about reconnection.
