him as soon as I have information I will contact him. Once I found the installer I would have to see what the schedule was, found out the installer was booked. Mr. [redacted] got nasty with me and yelled at me on the phone. He spoke in a way that you should not speak to a woman. I told him I don’t mind having a conversation I am working on this I am calling back in a timely manner. He did not feel it was a timely manner. I got someone to go out to him to look at the tile and he could not do anything because Mr. [redacted] did not have the grout. Tile had been that way for several months, but had not been calling me for months. I am waiting for the grout to come in. This is something he wants fixed immediately, but I can’t have someone drop what they are doing to go and fix one tile that was damaged by the homeowner.That tile wasn’t broken during installation.
