Ms *** ordered custom signs from us and gave us all of the specifications. She had requested that the sign have holes on the bottom of the sign for attachment. The real estate company that she worked ( *** *** *** *** has very precise standards and requires that
the holes be placed at the top of the sign and not the bottom ( so it hangs below the company panel when advertising a home that is for sale.We told her that the holes should be on the TOP not the bottom of the sign but she insisted. We had several conversations and emails with her but she was adamant that she wanted the holes on the bottom.We produced the signs as she requested and shipped them to her Once she got them she found out that she could not use them. When she complained, we told her that we produced the signs as she requested. Her response was something to the effect of “yes, but they don’t work like I wanted them to”….We offered to add holes to the top to make them per the corporate standards that she was obliged to follow. She wanted us to re-make the signs completely at no charge which at the time we would not so.She then wanted a full refund, which again we would not offer since we made them as requested. Turns out she no longer works for *** ***, which means the custom made signs are no longer needed…..I would be very happy to speak with you or supply you with any documentation to help clear our name.We are very customer focus and take all complaints seriously.
