Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My work receives calls from this company every -monthsI spoke to someone named Montel a month or so prior to this complaintHe informed me he was working for [redacted] county for charges made against me by [redacted] in a court of lawI said I would like a court date set and go through the proper legal chancelsI was told he could take care of things by phone.I again said I rather go through the proper legal processingsHe became angry and said I was becoming combativeAs he had called my job several times before I had the call on speaker phone for my bossI then said my boss would like to speak to request that calls are no longer to be made to her businessShe was hung up on 5/6/at 9:am calls were made from ###-###-####When returning the call a gentlemen informed me that the Revdex.com complaint was receivedHe acknowledged he had a file and knew who I was The conclusion was made that both parties will meet in a court of lawI went in to [redacted] played the messages I received I was told they have no knowledge of fraud from my account and they have no affiliation with this companyI would like to stop receiving calls or contact from this organization to my place of work, my parents,friends and myself Regards, [redacted]

I was able to locate the file in my officeThis originated from [redacted] and shows a loan that was issued in According to the documents we received, funds were deposited into the bank account belonging to this individualI understand the frustration and that she denies the loan so we will cease all communication and collection efforts

 My work receives calls from this company every 2 -3 months. I spoke to someone named Montel a month or so prior to this complaint. He informed me he was working for [redacted] county for charges made against me by [redacted] in a court of law. I said I would like a court date set and go through the proper legal chancels. I was told he could take care of things by phone.I again said I rather go through the proper legal processings. He became angry and said I was becoming combative. She was hung up on.  5/6/15 at 9:18 am 5 calls were made from ###-###-####. When returning the call a gentlemen informed me that the Revdex.com complaint was   received. He acknowledged he had a file and knew who I was.  The conclusion was made that both parties will meet in a court of law. I went in to [redacted] played the messages I received I was told they have no knowledge of fraud from my account and they have no affiliation with this company. I would like to stop receiving calls or contact from this organization to my place of work, my parents,friends and myself.

I tried locating the file in my office and was unable to with looking up the name. I only show one [redacted] in my database and we never had a conversation with that individual. Please provide me with the contact number that we have been calling or I cannot provide any feedback.

I was able to locate the file in my office. This originated from [redacted] and shows a loan that was issued in 2013. According to the documents we received, funds were deposited into the bank account belonging to this individual. I have reviewed the phone calls and we have done nothing wrong. We spoke to this person in February and verified all information on this account to be true. According to his statement, this is not on his credit report and it would not be since it was an unsecured loan. We offered a resolution to...

this matter and he refused. We have never pretended to be anyone that we are not and we never stated some of the things that are being referenced. We will no longer contact this individual and will cease collection efforts.
