this consumer has already filed a complaint about this matter. Phone number [redacted] was contacted per our notes on the following days: 6/4/2015 and 7/28/2015. Consumer has requested no more calls to [redacted] when this office talked to a live person on 7/28/2015 and the number was immediately removed. I personally had fielded the call to avoid the consumer becoming more upset and consumer was very rude to me using profanity etc over a number that was never asked by this individual to be removed; nonetheless this number has been removed at this point.I have also listened to the recording and although the liability rests on my company the consumer was very irate and my employee WRONGFULLY had lost her professionalism with this person. It is not this offices intent to upset a consumer nor anyone else on our phone lines. However, this account was marked at Cease and Desist the day this consumer called in because of how upset she was by this office trying to call her with regards to her mother, the account was closed that day without prejudice and no calls have been launched from this office thereafter.This is an attempt to collect a debt. To whom this may concern; I have received multiple correspondence from this consumer whit not only the Revdex.com, My Client and The NYS Attorney Generals office, but also a direct email to myself. I have already requested verification of the debt from my client which will be sent to the consumer via email, as you may or not be aware a VOD (verification of the Debt) takes more then 30 business days to receive. It is beyond consumers understanding this is not a document that can be overnighted; nonetheless the document has been ordered per the consumer request and will be sent to his as soon as possible. As far as the representative she has been written up as far as her language to the consumer as well as suspended and method by which she is discussing the debt. Attached please find the email I have sent to my client regarding this same issue. This is double jeopardy and at this point I feel this consumer is harassing this agency. Also as you can see the account was closed on 3/11/2016 and a request has been ordered as you can also see. This agency has gone above and beyond what the consumer is requesting. I will also be forwarding this to my attorney as this consumer has . made false accusations to my company, the VOD was ordered the day consumer had requested it, but because the consumer did not receive immediately the consumer is sending complaints etc. Once again, this has been internally handled and consumer has not and will not receive any more correspondence from this company other then the VOD which consumer requested .
