Northeast Recovery Solutions Reviews (%countItem)

These people are calling my family requiring they give me personal information. I have check my credit report. Nothing showing with this company. They also are threatening legal action and stating they will show up at my house.

I received a call from a man named Kevin stating he was going to deliver me certified documents and to call 888-838-7907 if I had any questions. I called that number because I have never done business with this company and don’t know why they are calling me. When I called Jason answered who said they don’t make outbound calls and that there’s only 8 people there and nobody by the name Kevin works there and hung up on me. He never asked for my “reference number” I want all communicate to cease and desist as I don’t not have any account with this company and believe this to be fraud.

For the last several months this company has been deducting money out of my checking account without my approval, I have attempted to contact them several times and can never get an answer. I would like to know who they are and what they are collecting for?

Company is contacting family members of mine requesting they send in documentation, personal information about myself. They caller pretended to be something other then a debt collector and is misleading.

Business responded stating the consumer's file is in cease and desist.

I received a phone call today from this company stating that they were reaching me about a pending civil matter against my social security number. I believe that I am being misled. I don't even know why this company would be contacting me in the first place because I have not had any dealings with them in the past.

Called business and spoke with *** who states that they will cease and desist all contact with the consumer.

This company has continued to call me stating they are from my local county's office. When I don't answer the first time, they call me 3 more times back to back. The phone number they call from is a local number, yet the call back number is an *** area code.

All calls Will cease and desist. She is not even consumer on the file number has been removed from the file.

He told the amount it all was together and then tells me if I pay 439 it would handled. The next day I called and ended up paying 540. Then told me the case was settled the other half would go on my credit or I can pay it and more it look better on my credit. I told him if I had the money next month I would. Now hes to the point since December 20 non stop calling non stop hacking into my phone and calling other people. He has ask to stop. Since we know hes not lawyer.

The consumer is receiving calls because the consume declined the payment. We have been trying to reach consumer to advise that payment has declined. Further more I have listened to the recording and in no way shape or form did Donald P state he was an attorney.

Ms. Dawn M called my wife asking her to contact her. Ms. Dawn M also contacted my brother.
When my wife tried to get information on why Ms. M was trying to contact me Ms. M became very rude and hung up on my wife several times. My wife tried to tell her to email me and leave a detailed message but Ms. M hung up on her.

It seems to me that if you are trying to collect a debt for a client, and the person you have contacted is willing to discuss the matter, being rude and hanging up on them isn't the right way to get that done. My wife ended up searching *** in order to find the name of the collection agency Northeast Recovery Solutions.

Now I am worried about what it is they are calling me about. My credit is monitored and there are no new debts showing up. We are trying to buy a house and this could seriously hurt our chances of getting a loan. What I want is for them to tell my wife what they are calling about or email me directly. I work in a lab during the day and cannot call them myself or I would have done so and Ms. Dawn M has been told this or at least my wife tried to tell Ms. M this.Ms. Dawn M called my wife, asking her to contact her. This company continually harasses myself and people who work at the office where I am employed. They will not stop calling, and sometimes they claim to be a representative of the local courts.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards

This company calls every single day all day! They know how to contact me and continuously contact family members harrasing them 3-4 times a day, we live in different states. When I called and had the misfortune of speaking with Tasha A. she was beyond rude. I let her know I had no problems paying the debt but I wanted to receive something in writing, she actually told me no. She continuously talked over me and then laughed at me. She is hands down one of the rudest individuals I've ever spoken to.

I paid a settlement with *** through North East Recovery on August of 2016. I was sent a letter after requesting it five times after the original transaction. I am requesting another letter, because after almost 2 years I have been receiving calls in regards to this settlement and I am wondering if North East Recovery scammed me out of 500.00. I have been calling for two weeks in regards to receiving another letter and haven't received it yet. This is the 21st century how long does it take to have a letter emailed? I read that this company isn't even listed with the Revdex.com. Please help me in finding out if my money was paid legally.

On this date, this company called my place of employment pertaining to a debt. I immediately identified myself as the person whom they were calling about. I was told about the debt and immediately advised as to what I can do to resolve same. Offered to reduce the amount I owed and I agreed to pay it. I was asked for card information which I refused to provide without fir*** receiving an email or something in writing with company information so I knew who I was providing my debit card information to. Original person placed me on hold and a Tasha As got on the phone. I made it very clear I was willing to pay but first needed something in writing with company info as I cant give my card info to anyone who calls asking for it. She was very rude and essentially called me a liar and that my word was ***. She apparently did not want to be inconvenienced by sending me an email to verify the company which I needed to do because they were not the original creditor. I must have said "I want to pay this" about 12 times to this woman and she would not provide anything in writing as to the company nor that they have the account. She simply reminded me she was doing me a favor by just calling and giving me the opportunity to address same. She also reminded me about how she runs the office a few times; I am assuming so that I dont ask for anyone else. I may attempt to reach the principal to see if I can resolve this but this woman was absolutely insufferable. Then again, this could be a scam. She stated that the company information was on my credit report and that I could get the info from there. I advised her that it was not on my credit report as I JUST went through my credit report for a refinance on my car and nothing was there. I also advised I have credit monitoring and therefore I would have received an alert. So scam? Probably. Good chance it is as I have never seen someone in collections do such a horrid job collecting money, especially from someone saying "I WANT TO PAY THIS" more than ten times. This woman was something else!

Personally I believe this place is a scam and it surprises me there are no laws to prevent such practices. These people call me every few months threatening to sue me if I do not give them money. I do not owe these shysters anything. They say I took out an internet loan. They are lying, I have never taken out an internet loan of any kind. They say the money was deposited at a bank that I do not bank at. I filed a police report and I am in the process of writing a compliant with the Attorney General's office. I don't know if that will help but I am absolutely fed up with these thieves. If the company reads this, SUE ME but Stop Calling!!!!
