I hired [redacted] to transport a truck from [redacted] to [redacted] deposit was given and services were never rendered. Never reimburse. He thought it's funny Agreement was made 12 months ago. Truck never got shooed and I never received my money back. He was very argumentative and would only converse via text. Last time we had contact he laughed at me and thought it was funny. In mid November, 2007, NE SHO took two of my cars to merge into one restored car. After payment and years of broken promises the car is not ready.In mid November, 2007, NE SHO took two of my 1990 Ford Taurus SHO cars to merge into one restored car. After years of broken promises the car is still not ready. I have paid $6,650.00 and have provided an additional $1,350.00 in new parts to Northeast SHO for this project. The finished car was originally supposed to be complete in the summer of 2010. I have a trail of more than 200 emails regarding this project with both [redacted], the NE SHO owner, his former [redacted] and various suppliers of auto parts. The former [redacted], who seemed to be doing very good work on the car and had been very helpful in informing me about the project, unfortunately was fired by Northeast SHO in January 2012 and nothing has taken place since then to my knowledge.Desired SettlementI want the restored vehicle delivered to me in good and proper working condition within the next month at no additional cost to me in accordance with the items specified by me in an email to [redacted] of September 16. 2013.Items that are to be installed and have been paid for include but are not limited to:* SHOShop Stainless steel exhaust and Edelbrock mufflers transferred and installed from SHO1* MagnaFlo 18" resonator installed* Powder Coating: Engine components, wheels (4), sub-frame installed* New front headlight assemblies (2) installed* New battery (Sears DieHard Platinum) installed* New tires (4 215/60R-16 General Altimax HP) installed* Russell stainless brake line set installed* Spectra Premium radiator core (installed)Items provided but are not to be installed:* ABS door trim pieces (4)Items to be transferred from donor SHO:* Front bumper * leather-wrapped steering wheel Items discussed but not ordered nor paid forplease give me a cost estimate for the time and labor for these items:* overhead console repair if necessaryBusiness Response [redacted], I tried to call again on both numbers.. lol. Anyway I just reopened up the building last week, sold a lift and moved your car in to the big area on the right as you walk in. I'm heading out on a road trip for the rest of this week and plan to start on the car next week. Its still only going to be a part time basis as I'm behind on lots of things and doing my best to keep the building paid for.. so your car and my green plus are the only two job I have, as I made a release that I'm closing NESHO as of 8/1/14. Your car will be done and out the door before I do any work on mine, and mine has to be in Ft Worth in July. So if that's any kind of a better time frame for you.. as far as coming out, I can let you know what weekends I'll be here, a couple days in advance, best I can do. I have several pics I took yesterday and I'll start sending them later this evening.. they are of parts and pieces, along with chassis and wheels. Its all dusty and dirty of course but I cleaned a section for the pics. Take care.
