We have carefully reviewed and responded to Mr***'s complaint here with the Revdex.com and in each of his other complaintsI stand by our initial response and our record of excellence in training over yearsLike any business, we are capable of making mistakes and when we do we work hard to make corrections and help students to reach their ultimate goalIn Mr***'s case, we did just that and while the rest of his class completed their training and passed their exams, Mr [redacted] chose not toAs the President of the school, I am keenly aware of the results of not delivering on our mission and of the ramifications of not taking responsibility for my actions, as well as those of my faculty and staffAt NTI we undergo scrutiny from several agencies at the State and Federal level every year, as well as that of our hundreds of students and we take that responsibility very seriouslyHaving personally been involved with the details of this complaint and the negotiations surrounding resolution, I am confident that we have done everything we could reasonably be expected to do to bring about a satisfactory outcome [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***
The Business has once again added informationI have an investigation to substantiate my claimAlso, I have several other agencies gearing up for an investigationWhat type of school accidentally sends a student a certificate of completion if the student is not complete with their course work? NTI sent me a letter of completion, did not provide the required amount of yard training hours, did not provide the required amount of road training hours, and violated state law. They tried to accommodate me when an investigation was happening to say they went above and beyond expectations. However, if they had just completed what I paid for in the first place we would not be having this conversationI documented all expenses caused by the predatory institution and made them awareAdditionally, the minimum I requested was a full refund and rounded cost for damages, requiring me to start secondary training with another institutionI was damaged monetarily from the institutions practicesAlso, I was informed that my VA benefits were not mine and should accept their partial settlement after I sign a NDAHonestly, I believe my education benefits are mine because I earned them during this thing called "Operation Enduring Freedom"What the Institution's President fails to understand is that not taking responsibility for your actions is unacceptable.

This student withdrew voluntarily from the training program after completing over 70% of the enrolled program but prior to completionAfter scheduling time for the student to return to complete his training, a certification of completion was mistakenly mailed to the student and he did not return to
completeRepeated efforts were made to give the student additional training up to and exceeding his agreed upon hours, at his convenience, and the student refusedThe student then elected to attend another school to complete his license preparation. The student did not complain until it was determined that his VA benefits which covered his tuition here would not be extended to cover attendance at another schoolFurther attempts were made to satisfy the student including reimbursement for out of pocket expensesHowever, the student had demanded reimbursement equaling greater than eight times the school tuitionAt no time was the student "forced to pay another school" or discouraged from returning to complete his training

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.When NTI was under investigation by the VA for fraud, NTI stated their FAQ page was out of dateNTI stated that plus driving hours would be provided to CDL students on their FAQ page. I believed I would receive these hours during my course of instructionI never received these hours but I paid for themWhen I referenced the FAQ page to the VA investigator the institution acted in ignoranceThey claimed to have made an administrative mistakeIt was said that the FAQ page was out dated and I was not entitled to said hoursThe State of Maine Requires the hours previously stated to award a CDL certificate of trainingI can reference several other students who did not receive their required training hours during the so call course completion periodFurthermore, the institution stated they sent me a completion certificate by an administrative mistakeDid they make administrative mistakes? I find this hard to believeMy lawyer doesn't believe this and nor do I

We have carefully reviewed and responded to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint here with the Revdex.com and in each of his other complaints. I stand by our initial response and our record of excellence in training over 22 years. Like any business, we are capable of making mistakes and when we do we work hard to make corrections and help students to reach their ultimate goal. In Mr. [redacted]'s case, we did just that and while the rest of his class completed their training and passed their exams, Mr. [redacted] chose not to. As the President of the school, I am keenly aware of the results of not delivering on our mission and of the ramifications of not taking responsibility for my actions, as well as those of my faculty and staff. At NTI we undergo scrutiny from several agencies at the State and Federal level every year, as well as that of our hundreds of students and we take that responsibility very seriously.
