Mr. [redacted] came in on 4/25/16 for us to messenger up his parking placard. At that time, we told him that it should take about two weeks and I put it in the folder for it to be messengered up that day. Which it was. However, we did not know that at the time of him coming to us, that...

PENNDOT was microfilming the MV145A's. Two weeks later, received a phone call from Mr. [redacted] asking if his placard came in and told him that it did not come in yet. proceeded to tell him that I would call and find out what was going on. He told me not to do so because he would do it himself. , however, did call the Help Desk that day and they reassured me that they had his paperwork. They also stated that they were 20 days behind in processing placards due to the microfilming. Mr. [redacted] then called back and yelled at me that PENNDOT informed him they did not have his paperwork. I told him that did speak to the Help Desk and that they had it, at which point he refused to listen to me. Ed had to get on the phone in order to calm him down and explain what was explaining to him about how calling the 1-800 number is just a Call Center and cannot see details like that, Ed proceeded to reassure him that his paperwork was there as Mr. [redacted] continued to carry on and be irate. Ed also called Kitty about this gentleman and informed her of the situation up to that point. Kitty called a little later that same day to let us know that she spoke to the messenger unit and she received the same information they told us.I did call Mr. [redacted] today, 5/13/16, to inform him his placard had come and he began to apologize for something that I was unaware of until later today when you told me. other tag agency by providing our customers with the highest level of customer service and appreciation, and take whatever steps are needed to achieve this goal.I would like [redacted] to know that we are an independent vendor for the Department of Transportation authorized to process work within their system. Along with this relationship comes responsibilities and cost that we are required to meet. All of our fees are posted in out offices and all customers are given a receipt. For some reason [redacted] is under the impression that we do not have a messenger go to the Department of Transportation. We have a messenger go to Harrisburg 3 times per week to process our work. We do not use USPS for any work.Unfortunately, the motor vehicle department does not process motor vehicle work locally, [redacted] would have to travel to Harrisburg to get her work completed by the motor vehicle department. They outsource all motor vehicle work to independent vendors such as Northeast Title & Tag, Inc.I certainly would like to make [redacted] happy with her experience with Northeast Title & Tag, Inc.
