AwfulAwfulAwfulThey were contacted through my insurance company to tow my vehicleI recieved communication for the company until I called after they had been a no show at my estimated arrival timeWhen I called the company, all they could do was say they would have the driver call meNo revised ETA, no idea if the driver was even in the area, nothing2+ HOURS after I submitted my request for a tow I still have no information and called another company for a towOnly then did I receive a call from their driver, at this point, almost HOURS after submitting my requestAnd this was somehow okThankfully it was not in the middle of the night, or an area I had to worry about

Recently I needed a tire changed on my truckLocal service garage (Northeast Towing Norwich CT)They came out and changed the tireI didn't have a problem until a month later when I got a service airbag error on my dash boardI took the vehicle to the dealer for service, they informed me that the jack under the seat was not reinstalled properly and it had pulled a wire connector apart which gave me the error messageThe dealer charged me dollars to reconnect and install the jack and spare tire lower crank handleI called AAA to discuss reimbursement because the road service tech didn't do a proper installThey told me I would have to take it up with the local service provider and that there hands were tied and would no longer advocate for meI tried several times to contact Northeast Towing Norwich ctI had one conversation with them and he explained it was not his problem but to send the bill over for reviewI made many follcalls after my fax and could not contact the person in charge, Left many messages with my number but no one has called backAAA has washed there hands and refuse to help me My membership is up in Sept I have cards in my familyI will be seeking another company that treats there customers better

I just had my car serviced at this place, trusting it bec it is AAA certified. I never got a written estimate but the verbal estimate was "$300". The car took over a week to be repaired. I was never updated on its status. When I called to inquire after several days, I was told "oh yeah, the parts haven't come in yet". Had to rent my rental car for another whole week. Made arrangements to pick it up two full days AFTER the date I was given that it would be ready. I was never called to be alerted to the delay. When I turned in my rental car and paid $45 for a taxi to go get my car, they had only just started working on it!!
I waited another 5 hours for the repair to be done and in the end I was charged DOUBLE the estimate. The only explanation given was, "I don't know the cost of the parts until they get here."
??? That's your job, to know that ahead of time, just as it's your job to give written, accurate estimates and to keep the customer informed of any delays after a date and time for pick up have been made.
Worst car repair experience ever. Calling AAA next.
