Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This person never called nor rang our doorbell Why didn't the owner call, text or send me an email of his findings? Seems a little strange to me that he took the time to come out here and then no follow up with his customer? In addition, I had initially sent the owner countless text messages to his cell phone without a response, other than one that he forgot to come and look at the plants that have died or are not growing correctly Not that it matters, but I'm not sure what the owner is talking about regarding a family member, as [redacted] is not related to me My contract states this company offered a year replacement guarantee on plant material to be placed if they didn't grow If the owner doesn't want to honor the contract, then provide the refund requested Please advise my next steps via this process, or I will simply pass along my contract to my attorney for restitution [redacted]

No one responded at door. I took pictures the second trip & will email those to you as well. This complaint is unjust and trying to defame us as this is a family member to the [redacted]. we had to part ways with. Our only other complaint was the same thing.

Hello [redacted], I'm sorry but I only have the approximate date of late November/early December. The the transaction was cash with no receipt given. I don't know the laws regarding small business but thats something you maybe should look into as well for this company. No tax was charged that I...

know of. It's very rural where I live and many people, particularly loggers, do cash only payments with no tax charged. I don't know what more to tell you but, this guy is a shyster! I hope this helps. Sincerely, [redacted]

My contract states this company offered a 1 year replacement guarantee on plant material to be placed if they didn't grow.  If the owner doesn't want to honor the contract, then provide the refund requested.
Please advise my next steps via this process, or I will simply pass along my contract to my attorney for restitution.
