worst experiance I ever had. never use this company. he intalled my pellet stove 2 months past the date quoted to me. which meant I was into winter by the time he installed. I had a newborn baby at home and planned on using this stove for the homes heat. on top of that, he left without testing stove to make sure it worked. guess what. the stove didnt work!!! he never returned to get it working leaving me to research why it wasnt working and order parts from the manufacturer and take the stove apart myself to get it working. never hire him!!!

Review: Northeast Wood Stove was contracted to install 5 propane fireplaces at my business. Their installation was incomplete and shoddy, and according to the manufacturer of the fireplaces, the installation was illegal.Desired Settlement: Complete the installation according to manufacturers requirements.
