NORTHEASTERN AIR CONTROL, INC.P.O. BOX 25 | 440-968- 0136 | [email protected] 14, 2016[redacted]Dear [redacted],We are very sorry our customer feels so strongly that we have not done our job correctly. As stated, the unit was installed in April of 2015 and originally purchased by...

[redacted] Trailer Park. Northeastern Air does give a 1 year labor installation warranty on units from date of original installation. As far as the timing, we had to wait for a rep to come inspect the unit to confirm the failure was not due to improper installation. The representative felt our installation was professionally done and therefore opted to replace entire outdoor unit instead of just the part that was defective. The defective part was replaced under parts warranty, due to parts defect not an issue with install, therefore the labor warranty is still expired. All of this was discussed in detail with Angela prior to install. If she felt that it was not right, she would have had the option not to use our company. In regards to charges, we had an initial call in which we charged $75 to determine what was wrong, at Angela’s request we came out along with the unit representative to disassemble and assemble unit at which time we charged $125. Our final charge was $650 for labor to replace unit. As far as the skirting, this was not damaged by us, the filter drier is mounted at proper height. We would also like it to be noted that we have not dealt with [redacted] Supply’s Elyria Branch. We were surprised at what was said. We talked with Fred, not Frank, who was just as surprised as we were since we do not deal with his branch. He would be happy to clear up any misunderstandings if need be. We are again very sorry Angela has misunderstood and hope this clears things up.Sincerely,RachelNORTHEASTERN AIR CONTROL, INC.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. You installed a brand new unit which as you stated should have a one year warranty that you refuse to put on the brand new unit that you just installed!  Diane was nothing short of rude to deal with,  Greg hung up on me repeatedly as I tried to get explanation as to why he refuses to give me the same warranty with a BRAND NEW UNIT as when he originally installed a BRAND NEW UNIT in April of 2015!!! You said yourself with a brand new unit there is a one year warranty.   Therefore it needs to be in place for this one as well like a reputable company would do!!!!!!!
Regards,
[redacted]
