We are zero percent at fault here The customer bought a standard grade cedar fence then scalloped the panels and then tried to get money backHe also came back the next day and bought more panels after calling me and yelling and screaming at us because his fence does not look like his neighbors' PVC Fence.He wanted a heavy x Cap strip on the fence and expected it to be included in the priceHe says we told him it wasWe did not and would never tell a customer that kind of cap is included because we make very few of them nowadaysThey were popular in the 80's and 90's but not nowWe gave him a cap strip that is the standard cap strip nowThis particular strip is also on our display that he saw and a brochure that he sawHe says we did not show him but we didRather than call us to complain he scalloped the panels rendering them useless to this heavy cap strip even if we would have sold it to him afterHe also called my salesman an it and fat and lazy and was mad that we did not guide him through the processHis fence is up at his house and he installed it the same day, for I personally went there and took picturesIf he thinks I was rude to him then I apologize When a person attacks an employee of mine by name calling then I would hope any business owner who cares about their employees would defend himI state again he never called us to complain I called him and it was hours or less after the delivery and he already cut the panelsBefore I could try to make him feel a bit better he called my salesman what I stated above.The next day he actually bought more fence so he could not have been that unhappyWe gave him the same price and a discount like his original order even though he was yelling and screaming at us the day beforeIn my opinion not only do we not owe him any money, but we went above and beyond to please himyrs in biz and we always take care of the customerSincerely [redacted] ***

He says we told him it was. We did not and would never tell a customer that kind of cap is included because we make very few of them nowadays.
