He states plumber did not install shower head we also offered to send supervisor back and he refused. No initial complaints were made about water on sheet rock or wet carpeting. I am the business manager and have attempted to be reasonable with Mr. [redacted] and he has not cooperated. The owner has tasked me with position, but is fully aware of Mr. [redacted]'s concerns and is in agreement with given discount.
