I had a bill of 200.50 with NNRH I could not afford to pay it in full so I called to make payment arrangements the guy gave me no option but to pay 66.83 a month I knew I could not afford that so I sent off 25.00 . I wrote that check on10/15/13 it processed my bank on 10/18/13 since I did not send the amount they wanted they sent my acccount over to a place in Louisville Ky the lady told me that they are part of NNRH they just help with the accounts I got a new bill from this place and there amount showed 271.00 instead of 200.50 I told her that was the wrong amount I only owed 200.50 and she says you actually have a bill showing that amount I said yes I do so she changes it to the correct amount and I also at this time set up a new payment arrangement with her 29.25 a month on 11/29/13 I wrote a check it processed my bank on 12/26/13 and then on 1/3/14 I wrote another check it processed my bank on 1/8/14 then I wrote another on 2/6/14 it processed my bank on 2/21/14 so the total of my payments are 114.25 minus that off my bill of 200.50 I have a balance of 86.25 they are saying I owe 116.25 and also sent me a final notice saying they are gonna turn me into collections I have stuck to my payment arrangement with NPAS the company that took my account over NNRH at some point took back my account and still think I should be still be paying the first oringal payment they should know whats going on they are the ones who sent me to this new place and didnt even tell me I had to find it all out for myself I think they like to HARRASS me this is the second complaint I had to do I will fax over my proof of checks I wrote my bank statements 2 different balnaces from the new company and NNRH in ELKO you will also be able to see a letter I wrote to NNRH when after I tried to call to make a payment over the phone with NPAS they said they couldnt except it because NNRH took it back I will fax all this todayAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI want them to get there accountant people on the same page and quit scamming me and harrassing me and I want the balance to be changed to the correct one and they cannot turn me into collections I had a payment arrangement and also have been sending money every monthConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I have been waiting for them to respond I actually made 2 more payments and paid the balance off as they write in there response they wrote off the balance but I never got a refund of the money I paid and yes I guess I feel Iam entitled to it for all the harassment and threats and lies so I want the refund I wrote a check for 56.25 and one for 30.00 so if they told you they wrote it off then I want a refund in the mail for the 86.25 until then I wont rest because this isn't the first time they have done this to me its harassment Consumer Response I received a check for 48.53 in there response they said they would write off the 86.25 I don't except there check I wont cash it they lied in there response I paid this balance off in full I wont except half I also had Stacey call me wanting to talk I did call her back but got voicemail I just want them to not call me direct it through Revdex.com im tired of all the crap and lies
