Greetings!!We apologize for the delay in responding to have the repairs scheduled and for any inconvenience this may have caused youThe following time lines are what our records show took place and explain why it may have taken awhile to schedule repairs.11/14/at 3:15pm: Chimney Cleaning & Inspection and Inspection Quote Report was done, completed, and sent via email to a ***11/15/at 12:59pm: A-Chimney received an approval for the repairs to be done via email from a ***11/16/at 8:35am: Then our Customer Support Dept replied to the email to inform and direct [redacted] that we created a submission form on our website to help expedite the repairs to get scheduled because there were too many calls coming into our office to have repairs done at the time11/16/at 9:09am: Our records show that a [redacted] submitted the submission form for the approval to do the repairs11/17/at 4:41pm: [redacted] emailed [redacted] directly letting him know that she would like the repairs done ASAP [redacted] was aware of BOTH the submission form [redacted] sent and the email [redacted] sent11/17/thru 11/20/17: However [redacted] was packaging repairs to be done for several other customers PRIOR to yoursThis is for a Chimney Company this time of season due to it being our BUSY SEASON.11/21/17: [redacted] started and finished Packaging your ( [redacted] 's) repairs to get scheduled at 9:03am [redacted] then submitted the Repairs to Dispatchers to be scheduledOur phone records indicate that our Dispatchers called [redacted] at 1:44pm to schedule the repairs but No Answer but left a message.11/27/at 8:52am: Our phone records also indicate that [redacted] called back to schedule the repairs11/30/17: Repairs scheduled and completedHopefully this helps to clear up any misunderstanding and that we were working as fast as possible taking into consideration that we had other customers that we were helping prior to your approval submission formIf you have any other questions or concerns please call our office [redacted]
