Northern Appraisals

Review: On the 4th of September, Mr [redacted] from Northern Appraisals came to mine and my mothers ([redacted]) property and took pictures and other information to do an Appraisal on our home/barns/property. Mr [redacted] asked for payment up front of 1175 dollars. He had been referred by a reputable Appraiser and we believed he would provide the appraisal as agreed. He said it would take 2 to 2 and half weeks. around 4 weeks I called 10/12 couldn't get thru and 10/14 actually got thru to him. He said he had been ill and apologize and would try and have it done within a week. After that his phone didn't seem to be working. I tried to call 10/27, 10/28 ( called Verizon to make sure it wasn't my phone, it wasn't). 10/29 called Frontier (Mr [redacted] phone company) and tried his line and got the same thing. it would ring once or not at all. After contacting Frontier his phone seemed to work. 10/30 left message on [redacted] to please call . Also left message to please call on his cel [redacted]. 11/4 and 11/12 unable to leave message on cel.

11/4 left message I would be out of town and when I returned would either like the appraisal or my mothers money back. 11/12 left message on [redacted] I was back and we needed to talk. Since the 4 of September I have only been able to talk to him once and that was the 14th of October. I still do not have the Appraisal nor my mothers money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the Appraisal or my mothers money back.
