Review: very rude and threatening me on a disputing debt

I NEVER! received any billing on this matter nor was I ever told I would owe more money. they claim they left messages on my home phone, during those dates they are claiming I was in another state. I was told it was still my responsibility to pay but how would I have known.

I offered the original amount of 35 to the dr office and the collection agency they would not except it I still unclear what the rest of the balance is for i'm assuming its late fees on billings I never receivedDesired Settlement: stop contacting me

Review: I owed an outstanding balance at a Hospital in which it went to Northern Arizona Creditors for collections. I made an agreement with the company to pay 100.00 a month. I ran out of checks about my fifth month into the process. I sent letters to the company asking for my account number so that I could have my bank send them a payment from my account. I never received a response from them. I called them on several different occasions and visited their office on several different occasions and they wouldn't even answer the door. I went to their office at random times 12:00, 3:30 and 4:30 they never answered the door for me. I left them messages and they never responded back to me. They left me with no opportunity to pay my bill to them. So I contacted the Hospital in which I owed money to and they said I could pay them directly, however at that time I did not have my debit card on me. I only had two account numbers through the hospital that I owed on so I paid a 150.00 dollar payment to them and because it was not applied to the correct account they did not count it towards what I owed them. This company is now issuing my employer a wage assignment to garnish my wages. This company is bullying people by not allowing them to make their payments and forcing them to have their wages garnished. This is completely unethical and not fair to those individuals who want to pay their bill.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to allow me to make my monthly payments and not garnish my wages.

trying to resolve a debt is a horrible experience as is, but Northern Arizona Creditors is guaranteed to make it worse. While making my monthly payments I received threaten material constantly in the mail with their phone number and contact name, yet whenever I ask what the letter was stating since my payments were current she would either not answer my question and become frustrated and often times hang up on me. They later filed for a judgment and when I question why they did that since my payments were current they responded " to make sure I continue to make my payments " . If I could redo this experience I would do whatever possible to not deal with them

It is already bad enough when you have a financial hardship but then to also have to deal with this so called business. When asking them questions about my account, they get so defensive and threaten or will just hang up on you. I also asked several times for information on the bills I had with them, they never did provide. When I was finally able to pay for my account in full I found an error in the final bill to their advantage of course. when asked for them to review and adjust the women said she was busy and didn't have time to deal with me that she had something more important to do. I was standing there with a cashiers check!!! very horrible experience and do not feel they run the business to the best ethical standards.

Review: My wife has been to see doctors for a variety of reasons. On my credit report as well as hers there is a collection from Northern Ariz Credit Services. The dispute is there are two names on mine which are [redacted] and [redacted]. I don't know any [redacted].Desired Settlement: Please have this taken off my credit report

Review: I had a debt sent from the Northern Arizona Creditors Service, INC. And that's fine, I am not arguing about that, it's about how my debt was handled. I went into the business on 6/9/14 at 11:40am to pay my bill. Aside from the lady being extremely rude, she took care of what I needed. But when she handed me a receipt to tell me my debt has been paid, it was handed to me on a hand written receipt with no confirmation number or anything. The receipt just had my account number and reference number hand written on it, and where the generic receipt says "By" the women just put her initials down on the paper receipt. I proceeded to say I would like a confirmation number or a better laid out receipt of what I was paying for. To which she snidely said we don't do that, to which I fired back saying I do not trust a hand written receipt when it comes to my credit rating. The women then got on the phone called someone 3 feet away from us and had her come out. To which I explained I paid my debt in cash and would like a more detailed receipt, I do not trust a little hand written receipt with a women's initials on the bottom. The new women snidely told me that they don't do that, they can't print out something that says I paid. To which I come back saying , I just paid you in cash how is there no way that a creditor service can't print out something that says I have paid my bill. All I wanted was a legit confirmation my debt was paid, and It could not be provided to me. The women became very snippy with me and said that's all they can do. So now I have to take it on a hand written receipt and good faith that my debt has been paid and my credit won't be more messed up than it already is. I have never done anything like this before, but when it comes to my future, and my credit this is a serious matter. And Northern Arizona Creditors , INC made me feel like absolute dirt for wanting a more itemized receipt of a debt that I paid in cash. If I am paying something that is in collections and can ruin my credit, I should be able to get proof of payment on the spot. I can provide a picture of the poorly ripped out receipt that was given to me.Also I want to add they are promoting panhandling. In this establishment you can buy "poor pitiful me signs" that they sell to people pan handling. You can buy such signs as "hungry out of work", "my identity was stolen have to pay to get it back" and my personal favorite " my mom needs a kidney operation anything will help". I can provide picture proof of this as well. It's very sad that they would exploit these people in an effort to collect some sort of debt.Desired Settlement: I would like this business spoken to about there poor business practices. And of coarse be punished if they are breaking any laws.

Review: Northern Arizona Creditors is a collection business we paid our bill in full with our receipts and we also have a letter stating that we paid in full and now they are sending us another bill and they are stating that this bill was not included in the other bills witch we have proof that it was.

they are know for there bad business they will not produce any back up to there claim that we still owe the bill.

My point is that they treat the consumer very badly and they are refusing to take my letter paid in full

they are acting as we are stupid they are very belittling

we paid our bill and now its on our credit report our credit is affected now by there mistakeDesired Settlement: That Revdex.com takes action and looks more into this business and they look into how they conduct there business
